Misleading My shopping experience was fine but I think Splash Super Center is misleading. On their Web site they posted free shipping but when I went to check out they charged me an $8 handling fee. Isn't that the same thing? What's the difference between shipping and handling fee? Very deceiving. Watch out for hidden fees.

If I could give 0 stars it would be a -10 If I could give 0 stars. This company actually deserves a -10. No customer service at all, sure they talk nice on the phone, then never follow through. Also, their email is always "down" when I call, and they see no record at all of any emails I have sent them over the past two months, even though I have mail receipts showing they went through. They lie about everything. WHAT A SCAM. If they do not send out a replacement cover tomorrow with a tracking number, I will call & post with the Better Business Bureau. You have had ample time to reply and replace my cover. Oh, and then while I am waiting for you to receive resent email, which I also got a receipt for, that it went through....your computers conveniently go down, and the IT people are gone for the day. WHAT A CROCK!

your order was here in two days your order was here in two days. I thought it would take 3 or 4 for where I live. Great timing. When I opened the bucket I would say at least one fourth or more are broken which makes it messy to open and little pieces go everywhere.
