GBTerminating Service I terminated service mid Aug '22. After 5 mos I still don't have my $100 refund! I get a diff story every time I call. It's infuriating. I'm close to giving up.

GBgreat job installation was in a timely manner. no mess. no fuss. ive been sick this past month, so i haven't enjoyed the tv. i just got internet. so we can enjoy the other shows.thanks.

GBI don't get it I've been on the phone for an hour, I've been charged for a package deal and now I am having issues with getting internet set up! I don't understand

GBNo stations due to error 771 I have had Direct since 11/23, it snowed yesterday & I have no channels due to error 771. I called Direct, got transferred to tech support & was on a very long hold, so I hung up. Today we have no snow coming down & I still have no tv. I specifically asked the rep when I ordered direct, when it storms (snow or rain) will my tv go out, he said no because we have more satillites. Well, he lied just to get the sale, I am extremely unhappy thus far and I am sure I will be cancelling Direct in the very near future.
