GBCourteouse service. The phone call was very informative and went very well. However, I was promised a $100 gift card for my subscription and after all is said and done, while going through the accompanying e-mails, the offer was reduced to $25.00. What a crooked way to start a two year relationship.

GBI had an horrible experience today I had an horrible experience today. I called up an agent on 877 524 1814 she set up the services for me and offered me 73$ for bundling the internet phone and TV services. Later she connected me to customer service to check for additional discounts and gift cards. When they connected, he put me on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on me. Then i called up, when i was discussing this with an agent I mentioned that i feel like cancelling. She mentioned will go ahead and cancel so i asked her to connect me to manager. Manager was also rude he told me that he can offer the services for 89$. This is disgusting not providing the promised price. Hence i am cancelling the service. I will suggest all my friends and family not to go with ATT.

GBNo call no show no call back when I called!!! No one called or showed for our installation we took off work half a day for nothing! I called to find out where the tech is an they were suppose to call me back iin 30 minutes now its 7 hours past my installation an I still havent heard a work feom DIRECTTV!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

GBgreat job installation was in a timely manner. no mess. no fuss. ive been sick this past month, so i haven't enjoyed the tv. i just got internet. so we can enjoy the other shows.thanks.

GBWhat you are told Was told on phone I could bundle then given number for internet to bundle. But frontier does not partner with direct tv so that was wrong. Was told first month free . Was installed on 18th and charged on 19th and told when I called that that was wrong . I can only assume they you are told anything to sign up!
