NOAlmost impossible to opt out Almost impossible to opt out - and - if you ever buy something at Amazon again, they'll fetch your credit card details and opt them back into the audible app and renew your subscription, without you knowing it. It says in the desktop app that I don't have subscription anymore, but every month, just like magic, they manage to steal money from my credit card. I'm never entering any credit card details on Amazon again, may they rest in ****

GBhow to cancel and return books Books are fine and so I'd the app but if you want to cancel they make it very hard. My advice is use a computer and web browser to cancel memberships and return books as these features are not available on mobile devices or app. Even though they don't tell you this!

NZawful - not using them again awful, these guys are crooks, avoid! I've paid for four credits, and cannot access them in australia. I have had a weeks long email conversation trying to solve this, and have been mucked around by an incompotent team that are unhelpful. Wish they were better!

AUAudible Limited is fraudulent Audible Limited is fraudulent. You go on trial, then it stealthily becomes monthly direct debit without registering on your device settings under subscriptions. When I noted this years later, of course, there is no way on the device to actually cancel. Audible says on Google to just unsubscribe on the device setting, of course, it is not listed. There is helpline on Google page, of course, there is no response from email, and the phone button is not operational. So, you are stuffed !!

DEYou can only Pause ONCE a year, be aware Good service if you use it. But, buyer be aware you can only put your membership on hold ONCE a year, otherwise you will be charged, but you can cancel anytime. Customers should be able to pause as long as they need, without having to cancel membership.
