GBAudible Au - Taking Money Fraudulently I have been charged by Audible Au since 2020 despite not requesting this in the first place. I think this started occurring when I had Amazon Prime Au! I have contacted them and they stonewall. How can such a large company be allowed to do this to individuals who do not have the same resources to fight them. Audible just stop and reimburse me for your fraudulent payments

GBGenerally I am happy with Audible Generally I am happy with Audible, but their membership is a bit complicated at times-- my biggest complaint are two-fold. The first is unused Credits just go away if not used. The 2nd issue is their phone app is a battery KILLER. I often listen with my phone during the day and it will absolutely drain my android in about 5 hours.

GBhow to cancel and return books Books are fine and so I'd the app but if you want to cancel they make it very hard. My advice is use a computer and web browser to cancel memberships and return books as these features are not available on mobile devices or app. Even though they don't tell you this!

NZawful - not using them again awful, these guys are crooks, avoid! I've paid for four credits, and cannot access them in australia. I have had a weeks long email conversation trying to solve this, and have been mucked around by an incompotent team that are unhelpful. Wish they were better!

I terminated both accounts, received confirmation for both terminations, yet, they keep getting charged. I brought the issue under attention of both help desks. Both halfway our chat show a ' technical issue, connection terminated, you will be helped by a representative, which does not happen...
