Rude, unsympathetic and unaccountable support I needed an invoice and contacted support. I was told it was the wrong support channel and they'd put me through to the right one. They didn't, I was promptly ignored until finally, I got the below response. Do better Apple. Follow through with what you say you will do and if a colleague falls below the expected standard, be a team player and share accountability. Fix the problem, don't pass off the blame. Disappointing that a brand like Apple could put Hinner in a customer-facing role. I wouldn't be surprised if they've outsourced their support abroad. 'Thanks for contacting us. This is Hinner again from the Apple Care Email Advisor Team. This case will be closed now as you keep contacting the wrong support channel. Future emails about this case will not be answered.'

most unstable official software ever most unstable official software ever, itunes cannot work with any iphone, even from official website from the first page when downloaded latest version it will still ask you to upgrade it after installation. Issues with iphone x in 2022, latest software says incompatible phone. Reinstallation cannot fix itself, unable to stop required processes in the OS for rebuild of own database. Not worth money, I have stopped wasting money on Iphones, no more.

Beware!! Beware!!! You will be charged for subscriptions you never signed up for and when you dispute the charges, Apple support will tell you there is nothing they can do. So they can just steal your money without your permission and then say they can't even return it... a bunch of thiefs!!! Avoid Apple at all costs!!!

ITUNES HAS SUCKED RECENTLY I have been having constant problems with ITunes on my windows desktop. Basically every time I edit a Playlist it crashed and I have to restart it from taskmaster. Also sometimes when playing music on the internet it hits some snag and I can only play downloads until I restart. Customer service was no help and acted as if they had never heard of this problem even though many have experienced the same thing.

I am a composer and record new songs as… I am a composer and record new songs as voice memos on my iPhone7 almost daily. But when trying to copy files from the iphone to my Windows 10 PC, it seems to be an impossible task. Itunes is created for song listeners, not creators. I understand mine is not a typical situation, most users buy songs as a product. Still, I could use a little bit more freedom and flexibility with my own songs. The Help file does not help at all, and Apple customer support could not help me without account authorization. Totally unsatisfied, will buy Android next time. Copying files should be easier than it is.
