GBThey remove music tracks from your library I discovered a music video, I'd purchased, missing from my Itunes library. When I enquired, to Itunes, on the missing track I was told that the content creater had removed the missing track from the platform and that I wasn't entitled to a refund. I was absolutely treated poorly by the customer service agents, one didn't even get back, and denied an alternative such as a free track or a refund. They have removed a music track from my library and didn't even have the decency to inform me that said track had been removed! Not even an apology. Absolutely disgusting attitude from Apple Itunes!

GBWhereas the actual music is great, films leave a lot to be desired. Whereas the actual music is great, the films leave a lot to be desired.I ordered a number of films and discovered one doesn’t have subtitles/closed captioning, as I have a significant hearing loss this an issue. When I complained I was given a link to a list which I was told I should have checked before ordering. I'm not psychic! This list is not available anywhere on the iTunes site. I now go to Amazon (UK) where it tells you if there are subtitles/closed captions and if they've accidentally marked it wrongly or you accidentally purchased it then you can ask for and get an immediate refund.

GBAccidental Apple Music purchase After an accidental purchase of an Apple Music subscription, went to report it to reportaproblem.apple.com and was denied twice for my “accidental purchase” request with no reason. If this option is not valid to get a refund why is it even there? Absolutely unacceptable, a big company like this is after small money. Google’s refund policies are 100 times better than this disgusting company.

GBBreathtaking Incomptence I find myself driven to write this in exasperation at itunes behaviour. I have a fast, very fast, PC, a Ryzen 5900 with 64mb of ram, running Windows 10 64. It is also very well sorted, all the right bios settings, drivers and firmware. I have a lot of software all running at once, including very big graphic design files using lots of resources, yet the only thing that ever courses it to crash it b***** itunes. And it doesn't just lunch itself, oh no, it's like a full-on throwback to Windows 98 days where the whole system becomes unresponsive until eventually you have to do a hard reset. It's hilarious that Apple peddle themselves as elite, when in reality they are totally inept compared to most other modern software producers.

GBApple Care-Support is exactly that-Supportive Apple Care-Support is exactly that. They are very supportive in solving any issues with your Apple products, i.e. Macbook Air, iPhone 12, and my Apple watch. Every time I call them they are consistently kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They should receive more positive accolades for the excellent work they do!
