Totally unable to get though to a… Totally unable to get though to a customer support person. Too focussed on not having to spend money on employing staff to deal with customer queries. SO (!!!) frustrating to use when you have a general query that doesn't fit within the 'check box' designated options.

Breathtaking Incomptence I find myself driven to write this in exasperation at itunes behaviour. I have a fast, very fast, PC, a Ryzen 5900 with 64mb of ram, running Windows 10 64. It is also very well sorted, all the right bios settings, drivers and firmware. I have a lot of software all running at once, including very big graphic design files using lots of resources, yet the only thing that ever courses it to crash it b***** itunes. And it doesn't just lunch itself, oh no, it's like a full-on throwback to Windows 98 days where the whole system becomes unresponsive until eventually you have to do a hard reset. It's hilarious that Apple peddle themselves as elite, when in reality they are totally inept compared to most other modern software producers.

Totally unnaceptable!! Totally unnaceptable!!! Seriously, no support or feedback mechanisim and preorders cant be cancelled despite the facitlity being available - Honestly this platform should be shut down!

A lot of my mates prefer to use… A lot of my mates prefer to use android, and other music platforms like Spotify and Soundcloud. But I actually enjoy using itunes and Apple music with my iPhone. The pricing is the same as Spotify, but the music quality is much better, and the playlist setup is much more organized. When I've tried Spotify, I was super confused by the setup and it all seemed messy and unorganized. So I prefer to use itunes, and Apple music.

Why does music in my library keep… Why does music in my library keep disappearing? Then I end up repurchasing and don’t say that’s not possible because there are numerous versions of the same song and if you don’t remember which album you initially purchased from, you buy the same song twice. Apple charges outrageous prices for their products and still, it’s not enough. On top of overpricing products for customers, they are thieves! (I’m sure your excuse this time will be I inadvertently deleted them myself)
