Totally unable to get though to a… Totally unable to get though to a customer support person. Too focussed on not having to spend money on employing staff to deal with customer queries. SO (!!!) frustrating to use when you have a general query that doesn't fit within the 'check box' designated options.

I was charged for bazaart although I… I was charged for bazaart although I didn’t have a subscription and I call apple and ask wat was this transaction for and apple could not tell me and said I need to let it charge me before they can tell me wat was I charge for because I didn’t have a active subscription. Now I let u guys charge me you wouldn’t give me back my money. This is unfair and criminals apple is a theft..

Extremely Upset with Unauthorized Charges and Lack of Accountability I am deeply upset and disappointed by my recent experience with Apple Inc. I discovered unauthorized charges on my bank account, totaling five deductions of ZAR164.99 each, allegedly linked to my iTunes subscription. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue through both my bank and Apple customer support, I have encountered nothing but frustration and dead ends. What's even more concerning is that upon checking my transaction history on both my bank account and iTunes, there is absolutely no record of these payments or any corresponding transactions. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, and it has left me feeling completely betrayed and financially burdened. I demand a full refund for these unauthorized charges and a thorough investigation into how and why this occurred. My trust in Apple's payment system has been shattered, and unless this issue is promptly resolved, I will have no choice but to seek alternative services. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Apple's payment systems.

most unstable official software ever most unstable official software ever, itunes cannot work with any iphone, even from official website from the first page when downloaded latest version it will still ask you to upgrade it after installation. Issues with iphone x in 2022, latest software says incompatible phone. Reinstallation cannot fix itself, unable to stop required processes in the OS for rebuild of own database. Not worth money, I have stopped wasting money on Iphones, no more.

Apple with all their devices which need… Apple with all their devices which need Itunes.. Itunes is worst program i used in my life , never ever buying new iphone in my life , iphone got in restore mode and i need to restore it with itunes , when i try to do this program says itunes needs to be updated to latest version , but when i try to update, it says its already latest version of itunes.. worst experience ..
