Should have shopped somewhere else. 1. Shipping failed to include complete delivery address with Fedex. 2. Items show "In Stock" when ordering but "Backordered" after order was placed. 3. "In Stock" item still has not shipped after placing the order 6 days ago. 4. Customer service by phone is non-existent.

Not only could they not ship an item in… Not only could they not ship an item in the same day but after 3 days they couldn't tell me where it was so I attempted to cancel then they suddenly knew that it had been shipped terrible customer service

Buyer beware Buyer beware. Returned a product on 12/15 and to date have not received a credit. Terrible customer service and thieves of money. GO ELSEWHERE. I don't usually bother with reviews but their behavior is borderline criminal in my mind and they should be shut down for their shoddy business practice.

I been buying for 20 years & this company has become a ripoff. Our club members expecting same problems. If you order from this company you deserve to lose your money because you’ve been warned. The Better Business Bureau doesn’t accredit this company.
