GBBuyer beware Buyer beware. Returned a product on 12/15 and to date have not received a credit. Terrible customer service and thieves of money. GO ELSEWHERE. I don't usually bother with reviews but their behavior is borderline criminal in my mind and they should be shut down for their shoddy business practice.

GBThere is no hope for HH There is no hope for HH. Once the R/C car crowd dumps them, it's over. Being able to walk into my LHS and purchase integrated products based on the Spektrum universe was the draw. Now, CS is non existent. They can't even stock recommended batteries for the new airplanes. They killed hobby shops with shrinking margins. Albeit inconvenient, I have moved back to Futaba and put Horizon and it's gluttony of foam in my rear view mirror.

CABig customs invoices to come I wished I had done my research before buying from them. Bought a plane kit and a flight simulator for xmas. Weeks later 2 big invoices from FedEx came for "Disbursement Fee, Clearance Entry Fee" and HST on top of them! The website was not clear the Shipping and Handling was not all that would cost you. Not very happy. I'll buy local from now on.

GBTry to avoid buying from this company… Try to avoid buying from this company directly and instead go through a 3rd part retailer like AMAIN or AMAZON. This company will drag their feet when it comes to refunds and it took Amazon to initiate their “A to Z” service guarantee (which threaten’s HH’s seller status on Amazon) to finally get my refund. This happened TWICE for me and luckily both times were handled by Amazon’s customer service. You’re looking at the “Electronic Arts” of the RC world - one of the worst companies in the world.

GBHorizon Hobby fraudulent business practice I orderd the Draco one Friday nite after hours from HH and a few hours later tried to cancel the purchase. The bot never confirmed the action so I sent an email and the reply was they couldn't cancel even though the item had not shipped. I had to wait for it to arrive and start a return which I did and have been waiting over a month and every time I send and email to HH Alanee has a new excuse. I have finally opened a dispute with Discover and hopfully will get my money back
