GBVery poor service Very poor service. Purchased a flight simulator through them, the game doesn't work properly, contacted customer service, they reviewed my PC's capabilities and can't find a solution to the problem. I have emailed them several times, with no viable solution, and now they refuse to respond to my emails. Their original 4 emails were the same exact instructions every time, even though I explained to them that I cannot do anything in the simulator without it crashing. I have tried uninstalling and redownloading the program with no lich, several times.

GBThis company has gone down drastically… This company has gone down drastically with customer service. I highly recommend going anywhere but horizon hobby. They won't answer their emails and now they won't even answer their 800 number. Products are delayed with no reason. Shipped incomplete. With no way to contact the human being. There's a lot more companies out there willing to work with real people, horizon hobby has lost all personal service now you have to pay extra for it!!! Completely ridiculous it's all about making money making money screw the customers.

GBNot only could they not ship an item in… Not only could they not ship an item in the same day but after 3 days they couldn't tell me where it was so I attempted to cancel then they suddenly knew that it had been shipped terrible customer service

GBI have bought at least 30 Horizon Hobby… I have bought at least 30 Horizon Hobby helicopters probably closer to 40 including the 550x 600x and 700x currently I probably have 10. I asked about how to verify a receiver for being authentic, they said I could buy a cord for $25.00 made by Spektrum and try to register it, or send it to them and pay $40.00. I am done I will buy all SAB you people should learn to not bite the hand that feeds you, what a joke. I would recommend buying from another company and avoid Horizon Hobby at all costs...

GBTry to avoid buying from this company… Try to avoid buying from this company directly and instead go through a 3rd part retailer like AMAIN or AMAZON. This company will drag their feet when it comes to refunds and it took Amazon to initiate their “A to Z” service guarantee (which threaten’s HH’s seller status on Amazon) to finally get my refund. This happened TWICE for me and luckily both times were handled by Amazon’s customer service. You’re looking at the “Electronic Arts” of the RC world - one of the worst companies in the world.
