Buyer beware Buyer beware. Returned a product on 12/15 and to date have not received a credit. Terrible customer service and thieves of money. GO ELSEWHERE. I don't usually bother with reviews but their behavior is borderline criminal in my mind and they should be shut down for their shoddy business practice.

Horizon Hobby fraudulent business practice I orderd the Draco one Friday nite after hours from HH and a few hours later tried to cancel the purchase. The bot never confirmed the action so I sent an email and the reply was they couldn't cancel even though the item had not shipped. I had to wait for it to arrive and start a return which I did and have been waiting over a month and every time I send and email to HH Alanee has a new excuse. I have finally opened a dispute with Discover and hopfully will get my money back

Great Customer support Purchased an ECX temper gen2 from a hobby store during a recent trip and a couple of batteries into it (first week of ownership) the front right axle pin disappeared rendering the crawler to a 3x4. After contacting customer support, Wayne shipped out a replacement part within days. Back up and running and enjoying the truck a lot. Great turnaround great service. Thank you.

The customer service in this company is… The customer service in this company is a joke. You can only chat online and every agent is either not trained or given proper information or just lies. In 20min i got 10 different excuses from 10 different agents on a straight forward question. Their website is always is wrong when it comes to inventory and the only way to figure that out is to buy something and see if it actually ships even though its listed as in stock. Stay away.

Should have shopped somewhere else. 1. Shipping failed to include complete delivery address with Fedex. 2. Items show "In Stock" when ordering but "Backordered" after order was placed. 3. "In Stock" item still has not shipped after placing the order 6 days ago. 4. Customer service by phone is non-existent.
