Was never billed for the items and never received them so I assumed the order was cancelled but did not receive any communication from Horizon. Then this week I received an email saying my order had been shipped and I was charged three times for the order at $149.78 each time for a total charge of $449.34. Tried to contact them by phone, chat and email to no avail. Will never place another order with them.

Big customs invoices to come I wished I had done my research before buying from them. Bought a plane kit and a flight simulator for xmas. Weeks later 2 big invoices from FedEx came for "Disbursement Fee, Clearance Entry Fee" and HST on top of them! The website was not clear the Shipping and Handling was not all that would cost you. Not very happy. I'll buy local from now on.

I received the clips a few days later but almost 3 months later and no tires..they showed in stock when I placed the order but as soon as it was processed the status switched to backordered..when I asked about this they claimed someone else must have ordered them right before me..had been wanting a Outcast 8s but think an Xmaxx or Redcat Vigilante now!

Great Customer support Purchased an ECX temper gen2 from a hobby store during a recent trip and a couple of batteries into it (first week of ownership) the front right axle pin disappeared rendering the crawler to a 3x4. After contacting customer support, Wayne shipped out a replacement part within days. Back up and running and enjoying the truck a lot. Great turnaround great service. Thank you.
