CABig customs invoices to come I wished I had done my research before buying from them. Bought a plane kit and a flight simulator for xmas. Weeks later 2 big invoices from FedEx came for "Disbursement Fee, Clearance Entry Fee" and HST on top of them! The website was not clear the Shipping and Handling was not all that would cost you. Not very happy. I'll buy local from now on.

GBVery poor service Very poor service. Purchased a flight simulator through them, the game doesn't work properly, contacted customer service, they reviewed my PC's capabilities and can't find a solution to the problem. I have emailed them several times, with no viable solution, and now they refuse to respond to my emails. Their original 4 emails were the same exact instructions every time, even though I explained to them that I cannot do anything in the simulator without it crashing. I have tried uninstalling and redownloading the program with no lich, several times.

GBMake it impossible to file a claim Horrible return or claim process they make it virtually impossible to return anything or file a claim. I will try my best to go out of my way not to have anything to do with Horizon Hobby. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with them. I recommend using any other company other then them or EngineDIY. Com both are garbage!

GBOrdered an Arrow Prodegy several months… Ordered an Arrow Prodegy several months ago. Still haven’t receive plane but they sure took my money. I been buying for 20 years & this company has become a ripoff. Our club members expecting same problems. If you order from this company you deserve to lose your money because you’ve been warned. The Better Business Bureau doesn’t accredit this company.
