GBInterpunk.com tries to scam customers Ordered a special, unique gift for a close friend from interpunk.com. The vinyl record showed, as I was purchasing, that it would be in stock "tomorrow." Didn't show out of stock prior to that. The store processed the payment through my credit card, but never had the record. I ended up having to file a dispute a month later. It's a scam. Basically, they take your money without having the merchandise. Then, when you try canceling the order, instead of refunding the money back to your card, they issue a store credit. So, charge a person upfront for what will never be in stock, then force them to buy something else in your store. Absolute scam!

AUSCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT USE! Placed an order for several items that were all listed as being in stock. Since then, some items are listed as unable to order, some are still showing as in stock, yet my order status has all items as "on order (expected in stock soon)" There has been no response to messages sent to clarify the issue. A few weeks later my card information has been used on various websites to obtain close to $3000 worth of stock. After searching online I can see many other people have had the same experience. Currently attempting to get all charges reversed with my bank. Absolute scam. Not sure how this guy hasn't been arrested yet.

GBGreat to work with My label (Black Hole Records) has been selling through Interpunk for several years. They are always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and quick to send out a check when I request it. I have only made one purchase through Interpunk, but it arrived swiftly and with no problems.

GBI had my card compromised the day after… I had my card compromised the day after making a purchase from Interpunk. I used to use the site without issue (over 3 years ago and for 10 years prior), but now it's a mess. I reached out to support concerning the card details being stolen, but their email inbox is actually full so the message was never received. Not a surprise, given what I've read here and other places. The twitter has been inactive for 2 years ... so I am thinking maybe the page was taken over by a scammer of some kind within that time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
