DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER! Preordered a record in November, said it shipped Jan 5th but never received it. They moved warehouses apparently and said two weeks ago they were starting to ship again. They do not respond to messages or emails. They simply do not care about resolving their problems or responding to their customers.

Sold product on my label Lawless… Sold product on my label Lawless Records. Requested the $$$ in my account , $96.50 be transferred to my PayPal on February 14th, 2023. Nothing ever transferred. Have contacted by email 14X since and no replies. Yet I get an email at least twice a week from them asking for more product or announcing a new item in the store. This place is a total SCAM. BEWARE! if you are a seller , they will sell your records and not pay you and if you are a buyer they will take your $$$ and never ship your order.

I initially ordered two shirts from… I initially ordered two shirts from them but cancelled one of the shirts as it was on back order. They unfortunately still charged me for the two shirts which over a month later has not even arrived yet. Their site order status mentions I was credited for the cancelled shirt but the funds were never deposited back into my account. I sent 2 messages 2 weeks ago and no one has been kind enough to respond to my concerns. No way I'll be ordering through this sh!t show again.

Won't fulfill orders or reply to messages Just like everyone else is saying, don't do business here. It's been roughly 4 months since I ordered a couple shirts. One was "waiting on arrival" for 2 months, I finally cancelled that shirt and they said my order was shipped on March 22. It has now been another month and not so much as a tracking number has been provided. Literally a scam, as long as they have apparently had issues fulfilling orders it's a wonder their website hasn't been shut down.

Not solving problems for anyone scammed but may have had a part in ending interpunk Like many it has been a few years since I ordered but never had an issue so looking for reviews never crossed my mind. Ordered in September and after nothing for two weeks I messaged for an update and got a response a week later with an apology and promise to ship my order within a few days even it should have been shipped 4 weeks earlier when they said it did. Oddly enough the day I called for a shipping update I started getting calls trying to get me to approve new devices added to my phone account. Then last week got a fraud alert from the bank from a Sam’s club membership that I supposedly created. Next day filed claims either bbb and the bank. Got a good laugh when i got up yesterday and had an email from interpunk with the following “You have moved up to a new Interpunk Rewards level! You are now at the Bronze.” So I go check and the site doesn’t seem to exist anymore.
