GBDestin Florida clerk CC FRAUD! One of the clerks at the Destin Florida store in the Commons was playing on her phone while she was ordering a book to be sent to my house. Little did I know she must have been copying my credit card info into her phone because that same day I had hundreds of dollars worth of fraudulent charges on that same card. I’ve emailed their feedback center and I’m going back today. The clerk needs to be fired and should not be able to access customers credit card info at future employers. I am also considering pressing charges.

GBProfessional, kind and intelligent Wonderful store with fantastic employees and baristas. I love the Eau Claire BAM because they always have the books I am searching for either in stock or they are shipped to my door in a few days. Extremely professional, kind, intelligent staff and a very clean bookstore.

GBStill Waiting Preordered a book back in May that released August 4th. No notification of a card error until I happened to check my order status on the 3rd of August only to find out my book still hadn't shipped due to said card error. Never would have known this unless I checked it myself. No error email or anything. Updated card info and have been checking tracking since the book shipped, tracking stopped updating 5 days ago and has come to a stand-still and customer service won't answer my email. Not impressed with their online ordering process. I will preorder from Barnes and Noble next time.

GBA featured book signing A featured book signing, with conservative talk show host Dan Bongino, was held at the Oplika Alabama location was a complete disaster today. Myself and several hundred other patrons drove an hour or more only to find out they were out of books! How in the hell do you advertise for weeks the book signing and run out of books? I’m sure Mr. Bongino was unaware of the problem. Management went out of their way to tell folks you had to “pre-order” once we arrived or we were out of luck. I personally noticed people walking out with 4 or five autographed books ahead of me…if they knew ahead because of the crowd why didn’t they limit the number of books so everyone that showed up could be accommodated? My last trip to Books-A-Million, this is why Amazon is the better option!
