GBMy 96-year-old grandmother's cable box… My 96-year-old grandmother's cable box burn out and I called to have them repair it or to send something out to fix it and they said it would take 3 to 5 days that they would ship the box to my house and we had to hook it up and call the number to get it started up. This is the worst service I've ever heard of in the cable industry

GBbeware direct tv are snakes they will… beware direct tv are snakes they will charge your account even if your getting a 13 day free trial they lied to me they took out $145.98 out of my account same day i signed up beware i went back to FUGO TV honest great customer service.

GBI had DirecTv for 23 years ending in… I had DirecTv for 23 years ending in 2023. The last three years was a constant fight because every three months my cost would go up. I would be told a promotion ended even though I wasn’t under a promotion deal. I continued the service with the understanding my cost wouldn’t go up anymore. Three months later my cost went up because according to DirecTV my promotion ended even though I wasn’t under a promotion deal. I canceled my service and got YouTube Tv for less then 1/2 the cost. The reps with DirecTV is nothing but scammers.

GBCon artists I sent my equipment back and canceled the service because I did not have the internet speed to support it. I used the label they supplied in the box. Over a month later they charge my account for the equipment. I spoke with a manager who would not refund my money. These people are con artists. Stay away.

GBI have been with DirectTV since 2017… I have been with DirectTV since 2017 cancel my Service for April 20, 2024 today as my discount fell off last February and they were unable to give me any more discounts to keep me as a customer. My bill went from 79 dollars to 145.99! My gemini is junk my TV shuts off with a black screen and says location cannot be found! the screen is black for a long time then the TV comes back on. It happens every day! I am going to Dish my bill there will be 112 a month with a 2 year price lock and a 500 dollar gift card and premium channels free for 3 months. Plus American customer service agents and no Asians. that never listen to you just keep rattling their speech over you and you have to repeat yourself about 3 times and tell them your not listening to me. Since Att sold to this foreign company DirectTV is garbage now!
