We have been with Direct TV for 15 or… We have been with Direct TV for 15 or so years. However, they keep playing games with their prices and everytime I call, you can’t understand who we are speaking with because they are in another country. They quoted me $45.00 to include Dodger station, when we received our bill, it’s $75.00 more!😡😡😡 Now, I have to call again and dispute their unethical business practice! Do not signup with Direct TV!

Con artists I sent my equipment back and canceled the service because I did not have the internet speed to support it. I used the label they supplied in the box. Over a month later they charge my account for the equipment. I spoke with a manager who would not refund my money. These people are con artists. Stay away.

Mind your cancellation date! I just found out that DTV will continue to charge you for their service until the end of their billing cycle, even if you cancel your service way before the end of the cycle. They won't give you prorated credit over that time period. You have to cancel on the day their billing cycle ends or you pay for services that you don't use. This is pretty sad.

BEWARE Ordered Direct TV from ATT store Ordered Direct TV from ATT store, CHOICE package. It was promoted as $80.Within 15 min I received a bill that included 13.98 for sports package. The bill was for $120 due in 10 days and we havent even set up yet!!! We DO NOT do sports. I told the sales person and in front of store manager. They NEVER mentioned getting sports was included in the promotion and you cannot opt out. I have been on chat, no help. Consumers beware!!!!!!! ATT and Direct TV are deceptive and misleading.
