GBWhat a scam and nothing but lies in the… What a scam and nothing but lies in the customer service department. My bill was $89 and went up every 2 months. I was told before I dinged up for DirectTV that my price will stay the same till my 2 year contract comes. Not even then my bill was going up. Never again with this craziness company. You can get YouTube TV with more channels and sports channels so much cheaper with no contract. Your bill will never go up. I highly recommend everyone get or do research. I’m not please or happy with DirectTV. Good buy dark gloomy DirectTV and hello YouTube TV.

GBI’ve been a customer for quite awhile I’ve been a customer for quite awhile, but I think now more than ever it’s time to let them go. The prices are too high and continuously get higher! When you think about it, they offer you all these channels that you really don’t watch, but in order to have any kind of home entertainment, you have to buy these packages! These promotions they offer! Why don’t they just let those be the regular prices instead! I called them last week and told the rep everything that I normally watch! What did she do? Deleted every channel that I told her I watch. So what’s the purpose of me continuing to pay for their services!

GB35 minutes on phone to get 35 minutes on phone to get. service tech. Maui who was the person in the tech dept. is a dolt (idiot) but amazingly hes like most every other rep from Directv. the company is a chit show. ive been with them since you had to PAY to get it installed, 1998ish.

GBIf your going to set programing… If your going to set programing schedules, keep the Flipping schedules. Families get together to watch these shows at their scheduled times. When it's not on it screws with everyone. Your review only allows lowest rating of a single star. You don't deserve a star at ALL!!! Should be thombs down or a pile of poop!!

GBI have been with DirectTV since 2017… I have been with DirectTV since 2017 cancel my Service for April 20, 2024 today as my discount fell off last February and they were unable to give me any more discounts to keep me as a customer. My bill went from 79 dollars to 145.99! My gemini is junk my TV shuts off with a black screen and says location cannot be found! the screen is black for a long time then the TV comes back on. It happens every day! I am going to Dish my bill there will be 112 a month with a 2 year price lock and a 500 dollar gift card and premium channels free for 3 months. Plus American customer service agents and no Asians. that never listen to you just keep rattling their speech over you and you have to repeat yourself about 3 times and tell them your not listening to me. Since Att sold to this foreign company DirectTV is garbage now!
