I reported that the baseball channels… I reported that the baseball channels were blacked out. I subscribe to the sports package and it includes Ballysports west which is what I want so I can watch the St Louis Cardinals from Colorado where I live. I spent over an hour with the DirecTV tech support people and they could not fix the problem and said they would file a report. I WANT AN ANSWER!!!!! Your reply DOES NOT answer my question. Why are the games blacked out. Is there a problem between DirecTV contracts and the sports channels like Balley Sports????? Update: Major League Baseball has rules for exclusive broadcasting, called 'blackout' rules, which bar certain areas from watching livegames. Most blackouts are for two reasons: The first is local cable providers' desire for exclusive broadcasting. The second, MLB's desire to drive stadium attendance.

What a joke Let’s start out by saying since AT&T bought directv it’s started to suck. Packages are overpriced and you cannot ever get any customer service anymore. I’ve been trying to get two additional boxes installed and it’s taken nearly 2 months and several runaround’s and still no boxes. I’m about ready to call Dish but I know they suck too

Called because my father passed away, wait 2 hours, spike to 4 different people which none of them spoke English so very hard to understand, just for them to tell me it's been put into collections and they can't tell me the number or name of the collector... this isn't the first time I have dealt with this company and it has been horrible each time !! Do better direct tv and AT&T!!!!

BEWARE Ordered Direct TV from ATT store Ordered Direct TV from ATT store, CHOICE package. It was promoted as $80.Within 15 min I received a bill that included 13.98 for sports package. The bill was for $120 due in 10 days and we havent even set up yet!!! We DO NOT do sports. I told the sales person and in front of store manager. They NEVER mentioned getting sports was included in the promotion and you cannot opt out. I have been on chat, no help. Consumers beware!!!!!!! ATT and Direct TV are deceptive and misleading.
