This is my second review on Comcast This is my second review on Comcast. I canceled service 2 weeks ago but my account still shows I am going to be billed for the next billing cycle. I returned the equipment to an Xfinity store and got a receipt but now getting emails to return my equipment. I called them and they didn't have record of the return and said it takes 7-10 days for that information to get updated. I canceled because I was paying $80 / mos and only getting 22Mbps.

Costumer service is no good The internet is okay works well but the costumer service is absolutely horrible. I called xfinity to fix my cable since it fell down and they just close the case and did not care plus the tech people to come fix never came i had to call 4 times and nothing i only recommend you to buy it if you never had any cable problems or something like that

I cancelled my Xfinity Mobile last… I cancelled my Xfinity Mobile last week. I can't stand being lied to about incentives I was promised, after I have spent my money to start new service. The Edina Xfinity manager is very stern, hostile and they coverup for each other's dishonesty with customers about false promises. I suggest that you use a voice recorder when doing business with Xfinity Edina. Otherwise, get everything in writing. I will also be cancelling my Nexflix because I can't tolerate doing business with dishonest Xfinity.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was a customer for 30 years. Over a 13 month period they raised my bill $90 (40%). I called, could never talk to anyone, but had to text for 30+ minutes. He finally said he would give me a plan with everything I currently had for $50 less. Next day they disconnected my hbo, showtime etc. I called waited 20 minutes, got to speak to a person who told me the plan he promised did not exist and he made a mistake. I told her to give me back the plan I had 2 days ago. She said she couldn’t that plan was no longer available. I dumped them 😁
