Waiting on the line for 40 min and… Waiting on the line for 40 min and after they will try to sincronize my email address to my account and need to wait 1 hour more ridiculous 🙃.

AVOID XFINITY AT ALL COST My email was hacked and I received an extortion demand to retrieve my inbox and sent folders plus the hacker took my Facebook pages down. I contacted Xfinity and their level of incompetency and lack of concern was appalling. It has been several days and I am still waiting for their security to contact me. Their customer service is offensive. When I threatened to cancel my internet cable and 6 mobile lines I was threatened with a lawsuit. If you are thinking about using Xfinity try another service. I cancelled my Xfinity Mobile last… I cancelled my Xfinity Mobile last week. I can't stand being lied to about incentives I was promised, after I have spent my money to start new service. The Edina Xfinity manager is very stern, hostile and they coverup for each other's dishonesty with customers about false promises. I suggest that you use a voice recorder when doing business with Xfinity Edina. Otherwise, get everything in writing. I will also be cancelling my Nexflix because I can't tolerate doing business with dishonest Xfinity.

I am not doing business with your… I am not doing business with your company. On 4/4/2024 I called in and spoke to one of your representatives (possibly overseas). I was told I could get 2 new phones, 5mb or gb and all other services would be unlimited for 45 dollars total per month. This rate was supposed to be locked in and would never go up. I was also told that Xfinity would pay the taxes and all other fees and I would only be charged for the 1st month of service after I activated the new phone. i did agree to these terms. Once I hung up my card was immediately charged $35.??. I called back immediately and was told I had to wait until I received the phone to cancel anything and all monies would be refunded at that time. I said the phones have not even left your facility and to just keep the phones and refund my money, she refused. I requested a supervisor, I was placed on hold for 1 hour and 46 minutes before I hung up. ON 4/5/2024 I went to the Xfinity store in Northfield and was told the plan I had agreed to did not even exist. I told them I did not want anything from Xfinity and I wanted my money back. I was LIED to. They said I had to wait until I received the phones then to bring them into the store and I would be given a full refund. When I received the phones I made my 2nd trip to the store and was told the manager was the only one who could refund my money and to come back on the next day because she was off that day, 3rd trip to the store, I did speak to the manager I had the unopened box with the phones inside. She said she could not refund the money until Xfinity received the phones back and that I had to call and get a return label. I got the label and went back to the store for the 4th time only to be told I have to take the phones to Fed Ex and once they received the phones the would refund my money. The phones were returned , my money was not and Xfinity is still trying to take money out of my account. Please cancel any phone service and refund all my money and take my card number out of your records. I don't do business with people who LIE to me. Jacquelyn Russell

Costumer service is no good The internet is okay works well but the costumer service is absolutely horrible. I called xfinity to fix my cable since it fell down and they just close the case and did not care plus the tech people to come fix never came i had to call 4 times and nothing i only recommend you to buy it if you never had any cable problems or something like that
