GBWhich way did he go George! It was simple and quick to get my Xfinity service hooked up. About 2 months into my service, I kept receiving Emails from Xfinity say they received my request to cancel my service. This happened 3 times in 2 days. Now I'm trying to call them for the 3rd time and I'm communicating with a robot that refuses to conect me with a live agent. When I did talk to a live agent, they couldn't give me a reason why this cancelation order was submitted. I do not recommend.

GBWe canceled our service with Xfinity on… We canceled our service with Xfinity on April 7th, handed back equipment on April 9th. I just received a bill for April-May, when I called CS REP said our account was still pending cancellation! Took three more calls speaking to not so experienced reps( horrible experience) who did not follow through with what they said, and finally received a call back from Tech support who took care of issues! Horrible experience! Horrible customer support. Goodbye Comcast!

GBA slowly dying hegemon of the past A slowly dying hegemon of the past. Perhaps, this business cannot die without causing their customers a huge pain. It impossible to get ahold of anyone who speaks in this company. We are so done with this, that we are so happy that T-Mobile rolled out 5G and literally placed xfinity crap coax in the past 1. Stay away from them, let them die alone!

GBTerminating services I spoke to a representative about terminating services, they said it would happen that night. I woke up the next day and services are still on. I asked for documentation to be sent showing that devices were terminated. She said they were having trouble with the system and someone would call me back….. still waiting on someone to call back. How convenient that their service was down.

GBWaiting on the line for 40 min and… Waiting on the line for 40 min and after they will try to sincronize my email address to my account and need to wait 1 hour more ridiculous 🙃.
