Customer service keeps saying that a shipping label and tracking number has been created but we can tell that the package hasn't actually moved, a label has only been created. It's not clear why it's not shipped. The customer service just thanks us for our patience over and over but never explains when our package will arrive or why the delay.

Our favorite song placed on canvas is… Our favorite song placed on canvas is beautiful and meaningful! We love it and received it quickly with prompt replies and tracking information from Trilogy. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from Trilogy again.

I have not yet received my order so I cannot comment on the quality. I finally received my order on 12/27, and it was not the fault of your company but of the USPS. Not exactly as expected, but my Grandson loved it, so it was a win!

Great product, horrible packaging My print arrived on time, but with no protective/forming cardboard to keep it smooth. Arrived loosely rolled in a shipping triangle with many bumps and creases. Very disappointed.
