True, I ordered the lamp a week before my son’s birthday, and production and delivery took three weeks, so for everyone who is planning to place an order, plan to do it in advance. Great product, horrible packaging My print arrived on time, but with no protective/forming cardboard to keep it smooth. Arrived loosely rolled in a shipping triangle with many bumps and creases. Very disappointed.

Zero stars Zero stars. After waiting two months for my “rug”. It finally arrived. Not a rug but a cheap rubber mat with iron logo of Notre Dame. I ve been texting with Trilogy ever since asking for a refund since item was misrepresented and came folded and damaged. They never answer their business phone. After another 3 weeks of back and forth emails they refused to refund me. I will now pursue my refund through my charge acct company. DO NOT use Trilogy Gift!!! Stick to Amazon.
