GBZero stars Zero stars. After waiting two months for my “rug”. It finally arrived. Not a rug but a cheap rubber mat with iron logo of Notre Dame. I ve been texting with Trilogy ever since asking for a refund since item was misrepresented and came folded and damaged. They never answer their business phone. After another 3 weeks of back and forth emails they refused to refund me. I will now pursue my refund through my charge acct company. DO NOT use Trilogy Gift!!! Stick to Amazon.

GBI have had excellent customer service… I have had excellent customer service from TrilogyGift and the metal sign was custom and just what I ordered! I received the metal sign damaged in shipping and I emailed Trilogy got a response from them in less than 24 hours and my new sign in 10 days. Will definitely order again!

GBBait and switch Bait and switch. I usually read reviews BEFORE shopping. And this site is a reminder to do so! I should have suspected fowl when the payment method was PayPal. The site stated 1 delivery date. BUT the confirmation email that took 2 days to be sent quoted a much later one past Christmas. I immediately requested a cancelation. They sent all these apologetic emails but refused to cancel the order. I will dispute the charge on my card and NEVER use this site again!!!! No I don't have the product either...

GBDO NOT PURCHASE- See reasons below: DO NOT PURCHASE- See reasons below: 1. If you have low pile carpet- even with an anti-skid mat underneath, the rug will move around constantly. 2. Weight of rug- Trilogy Gift rugs are so lightweight they feel more like a mat, & not a rug. Really nice prints, but would only work if you placed underneath furniture to hold in place. 3. Refund policy- Not 100% money back guarantee. Customer service will provide you with loads of fluff on high quality their products are & that you should just give your purchase a "chance." They may provide a partial refund, but don't expect much $$ back.
