I have had excellent customer service… I have had excellent customer service from TrilogyGift and the metal sign was custom and just what I ordered! I received the metal sign damaged in shipping and I emailed Trilogy got a response from them in less than 24 hours and my new sign in 10 days. Will definitely order again!

Bait and switch Bait and switch. I usually read reviews BEFORE shopping. And this site is a reminder to do so! I should have suspected fowl when the payment method was PayPal. The site stated 1 delivery date. BUT the confirmation email that took 2 days to be sent quoted a much later one past Christmas. I immediately requested a cancelation. They sent all these apologetic emails but refused to cancel the order. I will dispute the charge on my card and NEVER use this site again!!!! No I don't have the product either...
