Awesome customer service. Awesome customer service. Fast process. They had an issue with removing my chip from my card, and didnt think it would work. They gave me a call and actually told me via phone that they chip may not work. I told them if it didnt work just to use a dummy chip. I received my new custom card and WOW its exactly like described. So I ordered another one a couple days ago.

Issue With Print The Card quality is fine, but the numbers are incorrect. The communication from the company is poor so it's hard to contact them for the issue, so hopefully this helps. Can I return my card to be redone, alongside a new card to have the chip reinserted?

Horrible Horrible. Customer service is not existent. Found the owners Instagram and claimed it wasn’t him even though the LLC is registered to him. I may have don’t 30 calls in 3 days and none of them were picked up.
