GBOrdered on April 12 Ordered on April 12, 2020. Researched it to see if domestic US. Autoresponders said 5-9 days delivery. Very disappointed. I finally received it July 3rd, over 10 weeks later. The Covid issue does not hold water as I ordered a second drum a week later and received it a month later. Hue Drum offered a discount, however, I would have made different decisions if there was info on colors in stock versus out of stock. Modern technology allows businesses to communicate with buyers real time for a pleasant experience. Do better.

GBNever again Ordered last year and was very happy with purchase. Great communication. Great value. Came back for another drum, received confirmation of order, CC charged. After 10 days (was told would receive in 2-10 business days) asked for shipping confirmation. So far have been ignored 3 times via email, 3 times contacting through site, 3 times in FB messenger and chat feature on site does not load.

GBSame experience as previous reviews Same experience as previous reviews. Was super excited about this product until I realized my tracking info didn’t work and no one responded to emails or insta dms. I had to leave a comment on one of their photos to get a response and then they deleted my comments and other ones it seems…while saying I was going to get an email cancellation. 2 weeks later. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank. Avoid the headache until they address this on social media or something. Suspicious activities afoot.

CAPlease help with the mallet problem. In many ways, your product and service were good. The drum itself arrived in time for our grandson's birthday, and he's enjoying it as a hand drum. However, the mallets are faulty - one of them arrived splintered, so is a danger to young hands and the head of the other one keeps falling off. I've phoned and written your company requesting replacement mallets but have had no response. I hooe this review will spark a response. If it does, and the mallet issue is resolved, I'd gladly give a glowing recommendation.

GBI never got my drum shipment I never got my drum shipment, and Hue drum first said "wait a while more," then said "it's lost in shipment, we'll send you another" but never did, then said "we're sending another one" but I've never gotten it. I wouldn't trust them ever again.
