Never again Ordered last year and was very happy with purchase. Great communication. Great value. Came back for another drum, received confirmation of order, CC charged. After 10 days (was told would receive in 2-10 business days) asked for shipping confirmation. So far have been ignored 3 times via email, 3 times contacting through site, 3 times in FB messenger and chat feature on site does not load.

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. The website lies about shipping times (when it will be shipped and how long it takes to be shipped). After waiting two weeks I asked to cancel the order and refuse. I threatened to initiate a charge back through my credit card and was promptly sent a shipping confirmation that is coming from China and shows no movement. Avoid this company at all costs.

LOVE THIS DRUM!! I ordered a drum for Christmas for my 8-year-old son. The quality and sound surpassed my expectations. His older siblings have also enjoyed playing with the drum and expressed that it was easy to learn and so much fun to play. My experience with customer service has been exceptional! I never got my drum shipment I never got my drum shipment, and Hue drum first said "wait a while more," then said "it's lost in shipment, we'll send you another" but never did, then said "we're sending another one" but I've never gotten it. I wouldn't trust them ever again.
