CAPlease help with the mallet problem. In many ways, your product and service were good. The drum itself arrived in time for our grandson's birthday, and he's enjoying it as a hand drum. However, the mallets are faulty - one of them arrived splintered, so is a danger to young hands and the head of the other one keeps falling off. I've phoned and written your company requesting replacement mallets but have had no response. I hooe this review will spark a response. If it does, and the mallet issue is resolved, I'd gladly give a glowing recommendation.

GBRun away! Edit: your reply is completely unprofessional and not true at all and I am still waiting on a refund even AFTER RETURNING MY ITEM THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN RECEIVED BY YOU VIA UPS. Horrible shady company! I've been trying to reach them since September 2nd via email, instagram, Facebook with no answer about returning my huedrum! Then I write a review on their page and they blocked me from their Facebook page. Disputed the charge with my bank. Horrible, shady company that will steal your money!!

GBI was disappointed I was disappointed, l was expecting a beautiful colored carrier, like l saw in the add . When l received the item the carrier is completely black. Also ordered a gold drum, was not the deep gold l expected. I am being treated for depression +anxiety ( among other serious health problems) . I haven’t been able to to use it at all. Thank you 🙏🏻

GBOrder never fulfilled. I ordered a drum for my grandchildren and they were so excited to try it. I received my order confirmation and a tracking number within a few days. The tracking number link brought me to a blank page for two weeks. I emailed customer service theee times with no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal and requested a refund. Still no answer from this company. I had to escalate the complaint and after a month still have no resolution: no refund or reply from this company.
