Unpleasant and unorganized process - not worth it for the sound either A couple of weeks after ordering the drum, I was told that the color I requested wasn't in stock. I chose a new color. I was then sent the drum without the mallots or a strap for the bag. I was finally sent the mallots but I am still waiting for the strap. I originally placed the order around the beginning of July. This whole experience has been very unpleasant. The sound of the drum isn't even phenomenal. This experience was not worth it.

Purchased for our Toy Library It was suggested by a member of our Toy Library that a steel drum would be a nice addition to our toys and equipment. I did a bit of research and decided on the child size Hue Drum. Great to be able to follow the progress of our drum from the US to NZ. And when it arrived what a pleasure to unpack and have a play! Big (happy!) surprise to see it in it's beautiful, colourful bag with the special place for the sticks. The member who suggested we buy one was the first to officially borrow this week and she was delighted too. Many thanks :)

LOVE THIS DRUM!! I ordered a drum for Christmas for my 8-year-old son. The quality and sound surpassed my expectations. His older siblings have also enjoyed playing with the drum and expressed that it was easy to learn and so much fun to play. My experience with customer service has been exceptional! Thank you for all of your help!!

Never again Ordered last year and was very happy with purchase. Great communication. Great value. Came back for another drum, received confirmation of order, CC charged. After 10 days (was told would receive in 2-10 business days) asked for shipping confirmation. So far have been ignored 3 times via email, 3 times contacting through site, 3 times in FB messenger and chat feature on site does not load.
