GBOrder never fulfilled. I ordered a drum for my grandchildren and they were so excited to try it. I received my order confirmation and a tracking number within a few days. The tracking number link brought me to a blank page for two weeks. I emailed customer service theee times with no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal and requested a refund. Still no answer from this company. I had to escalate the complaint and after a month still have no resolution: no refund or reply from this company.

GBI ordered a hue drum beginning of January 2023 I ordered a hue drum beginning of January 2023. Same story as other reviewers. No receipt of product but paid for it. Have tried to contact the company. No useful customer service. Did receive one “response”stating the drum was going to be shipped out that week…NOPE. Is this a scam business???

GBStarting to think I’ve been scammed Same experience as everyone else. Ordered this item, which I thought was legit. Had tons of marketing etc. Have contacted company and received a response stating that order would be shipping within the next week, that was mid Feb and I ordered the item Jan 1st. I sent another email this week inquiring with no response. Was reading online that complaints can be filed with the Federal Trade Commission so will be pursuing that as well as contacting my credit card company to see if they can do anything to refund me or provide guidance as to how to file other complaints against the company.

NZPurchased for our Toy Library It was suggested by a member of our Toy Library that a steel drum would be a nice addition to our toys and equipment. I did a bit of research and decided on the child size Hue Drum. Great to be able to follow the progress of our drum from the US to NZ. And when it arrived what a pleasure to unpack and have a play! Big (happy!) surprise to see it in it's beautiful, colourful bag with the special place for the sticks. The member who suggested we buy one was the first to officially borrow this week and she was delighted too. Many thanks :)

GROvercharged Shipping for Delays I paid for express shipping that would deliver my package within 4-7. It took 1 month and 3 weeks to arrive and during which I bought another one locally because I needed it within the time frame. I do not expect excuses about Covid delays anymore. They should not charge Express Shipping if they cannot guarantee on time delivery during this time.
