GBA Wonderful Piece for Any Home I saw this drum on Facebook and thought it would be nice for meditation and relaxation. While the drum did arrive a bit later than expected, due to a FedEx shipping delay, it was 100% worth the wait. I bought the bigger drum and it is light enough to be carried around with ease. It is also beautifully painted and capable of making a wide variety of sounds depending on how you play if. I don’t come from a background in music but after a few hours of experimentation I started to become comfortable with the drum. It also came with a quality carrying case and a booklet of songs to try. The mallets feel good in your hands and are of a high quality wooden material. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will be adding the smaller drum to my collection in the future!

GBOrdered on April 12 Ordered on April 12, 2020. Researched it to see if domestic US. Autoresponders said 5-9 days delivery. Very disappointed. I finally received it July 3rd, over 10 weeks later. The Covid issue does not hold water as I ordered a second drum a week later and received it a month later. Hue Drum offered a discount, however, I would have made different decisions if there was info on colors in stock versus out of stock. Modern technology allows businesses to communicate with buyers real time for a pleasant experience. Do better.

GBStarting to think I’ve been scammed Same experience as everyone else. Ordered this item, which I thought was legit. Had tons of marketing etc. Have contacted company and received a response stating that order would be shipping within the next week, that was mid Feb and I ordered the item Jan 1st. I sent another email this week inquiring with no response. Was reading online that complaints can be filed with the Federal Trade Commission so will be pursuing that as well as contacting my credit card company to see if they can do anything to refund me or provide guidance as to how to file other complaints against the company.

GBOrder never fulfilled. I ordered a drum for my grandchildren and they were so excited to try it. I received my order confirmation and a tracking number within a few days. The tracking number link brought me to a blank page for two weeks. I emailed customer service theee times with no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal and requested a refund. Still no answer from this company. I had to escalate the complaint and after a month still have no resolution: no refund or reply from this company.

AUI’m an Avid Fan of HueDrum I’m an Avid Fan of HueDrum. There attentiveness to Customers Satisfaction is Second to None. I was concerned that my internet purchasing was slightly dodgy but have subsequently changed my thinking. The pleasantness around my concerns being promptly addressed has left me speechless. Keep up the fabulous customer relations as it leads to Absolute Customer Satisfaction, & word of mouth sales are the best & very sustainable.
