CAUpdated review UPDATED: IT WAS UPS NOT DONNER THE PROBLEM. UPS NEVER UPDATED THE TRACKING - THE PIANO ARRIVED OUT OF NOWHERE TODAY. From Label creation to delivered. Donner was pretty 'meh' in email but they did send the piano as they told me. original review below I will update this review if my problem is resolve! But I order a piano from Donner Canada late jan 2024 and I got the email from them saying my order status was fulfilled and shipped. I got a tracking number but the tracking never updated beyond 'Creating label'. I contacted them and they told me they are looking into it. - What is there to look into ? Did you send the piano or not? - Anyway waiting for them to respond again and waiting while my money is gone - I wanted to give Donner a chance. I DID READ ALL you guys here comments before buying from them - i told myself it must be bc you are far away (warehouse of donner is 7 hours away by car) - lol well.. I WILL update the 1 star to higher score if resolve correctly by refund or proper shipping within 48 hours. if not - expect hell.

GBTerrible Customer Service - DO NOT BUY FROM DONNER MUSIC These people do not understand the concept of good customer service!!!! On five occasions over the past month I have tried to initiate a return and I still have not had any replies from Donner Music Customer Service. Such an approach to ignore customers is a quick way to destroy a business! Their advertised telephone number does not even connect! I think that my next step will be to involve the small claims court process.

GBAvoid: broken piano; Donner ignoring calls for a refund. We bought a digital piano as a Christmas present. We found one of the speakers did not work. Initially, Donner was helpful: the helpline confirmed it would provide a refund and emailed to that effect. However, the refund has never arrived. Donner hasn’t acknowledged or responded to any of our subsequent emails (we have used both service support addresses after Donner changed its domain and contact details in January). Donner has also stopped its UK call centre so there is no means to make contact other than email, which they ignore. We are left with ~£300 of debt and a broken piano. Please avoid Donner. UPDATE: since posting this Donner has made contact and has paid a full refund. It has still been a frustrating experience albeit now with a happy ending. Proceed with caution rather than avoid.

CANever never never ever ever buy from them Their customer support is absolute garbage. Not able to get a return, requested within 30 days as they advertise. Terrible company.

GBPoor Quality Build & Service For the price, compared to anything else, it seems reasonable, however there are multiple issues with the quality of the build and the customer service are both incredibly slow and reluctant to actually send any replacement parts (instead continuing to offer more incentives to keep the damaged goods). My DDP-100 has damage on the front corner of the piano body, the logo on the top sheet rest has a misplaced letter, and there's also some minor damage to the back plate. I wanted a beginners piano with weighted keys for a reasonable price that looked good, and this is part way there, but I think others would likely be better off buying either a portable keyboard that sits on a stand, or spending more for a better quality brand.
