Killer Boots!! After 3 months my boots arrived and they are F*n amazing! Im a bit ashamed of myself for having sent harassing emails demanding they be sent quicker. Spoiled american mentality! They arrived in perfect presentation and are exactly what I thought I was getting. I ordered keith boots and i was smart enough to go up a 1/2 size and they fit like a glove. Thank you and sincere apologies for being an ass in the process of receiving these.

I got kind of obsessed with my first… I got kind of obsessed with my first pair of boots and received so many compliments, that I ended up ordering my second pair of Alessandro Vasini boots. Honestly I can’t be happier my brand new shoes, is even better than wearing sneakers, I can wear this boots all day long and never feel that I was wearing actual shoes…. Since my review, Anna from their Sales team has rectified the order and it has been received as she promised. I greatly appreciate Anna dealing with this matter efficiently, hearing my and taking on board my feedback about my experience and concerns. I appreciate that they have had significant issues with logistics and distribution and take that on board. The measure of a good company is how complaints are dealt with. Again, appreciate Anna committing to getting this resolved.
