Can’t get my refund My order of £400 took months to arrived after chasing for weeks. Once arrived the boots don’t fit even tho it’s my size. I have now emailed them for weeks and left them messages on social media about my return but no response apart from one email saying they do not give refunds to UK. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I’m stuck with my order that I can’t wear not get a refund. Don’t buy anything from them because if it don’t fit you can’t get a refund. When making comments on social media they just remove the posts

After nine weeks I received the boots I… After nine weeks I received the boots I ordered, they are gorgeous and thank heavens they fit, because I don’t think I would have been willing to wait another nine weeks for a replacement. This company makes a beautiful product, but needs to improve their communication. To their credit they did reach out, after I left a previous review on Trust Pilot, and apologized for the delays and the lack of communication. I will shop with Alessandro Vasini again because the products are excellent, I just won’t expect to receive my purchase for a couple months.

The design and quality are unmatched, so much so that I will be buying some for myself. They are definitely the best gift for this Christmas. In my family everyone loved its style and impeccable design.

Outstanding brand and customer service I must say the customer service towards me is genuinely INSANELY good ! They honor and respect me as a long term customer . I’ve been around since the beginning . They are always willing to help and go the extra mile or even two . I love this brand more than any other brand .
