This company makes a beautiful product, but needs to improve their communication. To their credit they did reach out, after I left a previous review on Trust Pilot, and apologized for the delays and the lack of communication. I will shop with Alessandro Vasini again because the products are excellent, I just won’t expect to receive my purchase for a couple months.

Order no where in sight Now almost 12 weeks since my order - no boots in sight nor any sort of communication that they may be on their way. Multiple emails, with very vague responses (if they do respond!). Overall a disappointing experience for an otherwise seemingly luxury brand.
