Killer Boots!! After 3 months my boots arrived and they are F*n amazing! Im a bit ashamed of myself for having sent harassing emails demanding they be sent quicker. Spoiled american mentality! They arrived in perfect presentation and are exactly what I thought I was getting. I ordered keith boots and i was smart enough to go up a 1/2 size and they fit like a glove. Thank you and sincere apologies for being an ass in the process of receiving these.

Phoebe Coat for Men I was pleased with my order. The website recommended I order a size down for my garment and that was accurate. My only suggestion is it would be nice to receive more email notifications updating me with the status of my order. Three weeks went by before hearing anything about my order being shipped out.

Outstanding brand and customer service I must say the customer service towards me is genuinely INSANELY good ! They honor and respect me as a long term customer . I’ve been around since the beginning . They are always willing to help and go the extra mile or even two . I love this brand more than any other brand . After nine weeks I received the boots I… After nine weeks I received the boots I ordered, they are gorgeous and thank heavens they fit, because I don’t think I would have been willing to wait another nine weeks for a replacement. This company makes a beautiful product, but needs to improve their communication. To their credit they did reach out, after I left a previous review on Trust Pilot, and apologized for the delays and the lack of communication. I will shop with Alessandro Vasini again because the products are excellent, I just won’t expect to receive my purchase for a couple months.
