Can’t get my refund My order of £400 took months to arrived after chasing for weeks. Once arrived the boots don’t fit even tho it’s my size. I have now emailed them for weeks and left them messages on social media about my return but no response apart from one email saying they do not give refunds to UK. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I’m stuck with my order that I can’t wear not get a refund. Don’t buy anything from them because if it don’t fit you can’t get a refund.
