Outstanding quality I have a few pairs of Vasini boots and have to say this brand makes absolutely the best boots in the market. Especially at this price point. Delivery has been a bit slow on my last order as apparently they had some production issues but it is still definitely worth the wait. Usually I received the orders in a couple of weeks, directly shipped from Italy. I can see it is an hand made product but also the design is very sophisticated and upscale. Always get a lots of compliments. With good care these boots will last for a long time because it is all good leather and everything is stitched together for durability. I think it is totally worth the price. I also have a leather jacket which looks super rich and a pair of very cool sunglasses, the Harrison. Very happy with all products, jacket and sunglasses arrived in just a few days.

I got kind of obsessed with my first… I got kind of obsessed with my first pair of boots and received so many compliments, that I ended up ordering my second pair of Alessandro Vasini boots. Honestly I can’t be happier my brand new shoes, is even better than wearing sneakers, I can wear this boots all day long and never feel that I was wearing actual shoes…. Im a loyal customer, so expecting to get more merchandise from it. My next stop will be denim and sunglasses for sure! Greetings from Florida.

Can’t get my refund My order of £400 took months to arrived after chasing for weeks. Once arrived the boots don’t fit even tho it’s my size. I have now emailed them for weeks and left them messages on social media about my return but no response apart from one email saying they do not give refunds to UK. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I’m stuck with my order that I can’t wear not get a refund. Don’t buy anything from them because if it don’t fit you can’t get a refund. When making comments on social media they just remove the posts

Does not deliver products Does not deliver products, i have an order from over 8 months ago which had yet to be delivered , also customer support is not helpful with dolving any issue, and often simply doent respond. Dont spend your money with them, they will never send you anything
