Order no where in sight Now almost 12 weeks since my order - no boots in sight nor any sort of communication that they may be on their way. Multiple emails, with very vague responses (if they do respond!). Overall a disappointing experience for an otherwise seemingly luxury brand.

Lovely!! In terms of comfort, these boots are a dream. The moment I slipped them on, I could feel the plush cushioning in the footbed and heel, providing unparalleled support and allowing me to comfortably walk for hours on end. The boot's shaft was designed to perfection, hitting just the right height on my calf, preventing any discomfort or irritation. These boots become a conversation starter, with friends and strangers alike complimenting their style and elegance. The boots undoubtedly enhance my overall look, allowing me to stand out from the crowd with confidence.

After nine weeks I received the boots I… After nine weeks I received the boots I ordered, they are gorgeous and thank heavens they fit, because I don’t think I would have been willing to wait another nine weeks for a replacement. This company makes a beautiful product, but needs to improve their communication. To their credit they did reach out, after I left a previous review on Trust Pilot, and apologized for the delays and the lack of communication. I will shop with Alessandro Vasini again because the products are excellent, I just won’t expect to receive my purchase for a couple months.

Outstanding brand and customer service I must say the customer service towards me is genuinely INSANELY good ! They honor and respect me as a long term customer . I’ve been around since the beginning . They are always willing to help and go the extra mile or even two . I love this brand more than any other brand . They are what SLP used to be years ago and even better . Much love !!!!!
