Order no where in sight Now almost 12 weeks since my order - no boots in sight nor any sort of communication that they may be on their way. Multiple emails, with very vague responses (if they do respond!). Overall a disappointing experience for an otherwise seemingly luxury brand.

I was looking for a unique pair of… I was looking for a unique pair of boots with flair, style and high quality and finally found them. I chose the Texas Harness boots in Brown, they arrived in perfect condition in his sturdy black box via UPS, in just few days. The proudly made in Italy on the leather soles reveal a beautiful artisan work. The design and comfort together in a pair of boots is just all I want. The Texas Harness by Alessandro Vasini is really a must. John Lyman

Ordered boots and had the money taken… Ordered boots and had the money taken from my account on March 3rd. Still no boots in sight and no response to my multiple emails. Instagram says shop is no longer open. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Outstanding quality I have a few pairs of Vasini boots and have to say this brand makes absolutely the best boots in the market. Especially at this price point. Delivery has been a bit slow on my last order as apparently they had some production issues but it is still definitely worth the wait. Usually I received the orders in a couple of weeks, directly shipped from Italy. I can see it is an hand made product but also the design is very sophisticated and upscale. Always get a lots of compliments. With good care these boots will last for a long time because it is all good leather and everything is stitched together for durability. I think it is totally worth the price. I also have a leather jacket which looks super rich and a pair of very cool sunglasses, the Harrison. Very happy with all products, jacket and sunglasses arrived in just a few days.

Since my review, Anna from their Sales team has rectified the order and it has been received as she promised. I greatly appreciate Anna dealing with this matter efficiently, hearing my and taking on board my feedback about my experience and concerns. I appreciate that they have had significant issues with logistics and distribution and take that on board. The measure of a good company is how complaints are dealt with. Again, appreciate Anna committing to getting this resolved.
