Fraudulent Company / Scam I have been trying to contact customer service for weeks to ask about my order and have received no reply. I have emailed the sales department, service department, PR department, investors department and none of them reply. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Boots never sent. Lost my money Ordered (very expensive) boots almost a month ago and haven’t heard from them since. The money was taken off my credit card immediately. I wrote several e-mails but they do not get back to me. Don’t trust this company!

I got kind of obsessed with my first… I got kind of obsessed with my first pair of boots and received so many compliments, that I ended up ordering my second pair of Alessandro Vasini boots. Honestly I can’t be happier my brand new shoes, is even better than wearing sneakers, I can wear this boots all day long and never feel that I was wearing actual shoes…. Im a loyal customer, so expecting to get more merchandise from it. My next stop will be denim and sunglasses for sure! Greetings from Florida.
