Phoebe Coat for Men I was pleased with my order. The website recommended I order a size down for my garment and that was accurate. My only suggestion is it would be nice to receive more email notifications updating me with the status of my order. Three weeks went by before hearing anything about my order being shipped out.

Boots never sent. Lost my money Ordered (very expensive) boots almost a month ago and haven’t heard from them since. The money was taken off my credit card immediately. I wrote several e-mails but they do not get back to me. Don’t trust this company!

Can’t get my refund My order of £400 took months to arrived after chasing for weeks. Once arrived the boots don’t fit even tho it’s my size. I have now emailed them for weeks and left them messages on social media about my return but no response apart from one email saying they do not give refunds to UK. THIS IS ILLEGAL! I’m stuck with my order that I can’t wear not get a refund. Don’t buy anything from them because if it don’t fit you can’t get a refund. When making comments on social media they just remove the posts
