Boots never sent. Lost my money Ordered (very expensive) boots almost a month ago and haven’t heard from them since. The money was taken off my credit card immediately. I wrote several e-mails but they do not get back to me. Don’t trust this company!

My only suggestion is it would be nice to receive more email notifications updating me with the status of my order. Three weeks went by before hearing anything about my order being shipped out.
