GBOutstanding quality I have a few pairs of Vasini boots and have to say this brand makes absolutely the best boots in the market. Especially at this price point. Delivery has been a bit slow on my last order as apparently they had some production issues but it is still definitely worth the wait. Usually I received the orders in a couple of weeks, directly shipped from Italy. I can see it is an hand made product but also the design is very sophisticated and upscale. Always get a lots of compliments. With good care these boots will last for a long time because it is all good leather and everything is stitched together for durability. I think it is totally worth the price. I also have a leather jacket which looks super rich and a pair of very cool sunglasses, the Harrison. Very happy with all products, jacket and sunglasses arrived in just a few days.

GBKiller Boots!! After 3 months my boots arrived and they are F*n amazing! Im a bit ashamed of myself for having sent harassing emails demanding they be sent quicker. Spoiled american mentality! They arrived in perfect presentation and are exactly what I thought I was getting. I ordered keith boots and i was smart enough to go up a 1/2 size and they fit like a glove. Thank you and sincere apologies for being an ass in the process of receiving these.

Since my review, Anna from their Sales team has rectified the order and it has been received as she promised. I greatly appreciate Anna dealing with this matter efficiently, hearing my and taking on board my feedback about my experience and concerns. I appreciate that they have had significant issues with logistics and distribution and take that on board. The measure of a good company is how complaints are dealt with. Again, appreciate Anna committing to getting this resolved.
