I was short 1 item but was charged for… I was short 1 item but was charged for it on my credit card. Called and after 22 minutes on hold was told they would give me a store credit. I told them in 2 emails that I wanted credited to my CC as I wasn't willing to order $65 in merchandise to get free shipping. Item they left out was $10.50.

I am very happy! I am very happy! Ordering was easy - shipment was quick and arrived in perfect condition. This purchase was to replace a purchase from another vendor which arrived with holes in it! I had been given a gift card to Connecting Threads and though I have never ordered from them before this, I will be ordering from them again I am sure.

Very Happy Customer Very, very satisfied with my experience with Connecting Threads. The Woolies fabric bundle was carefully cut, coordinated, and folded and oh-so delicious to touch. The order came quickly and my email inquiry was answered promptly. I am looking forward to doing business with CT in the future.

Good thread for hand quilting. I've collected men's ties and have sorted them into three groups: ties which would be worn with navy blue suits or brown suits or grey suits. I'm making lap robes for donation to disabled vets and have been quilting them using the big stitch hand method. I ordered a heavier weight thread for the hand quilting rather than using what I used to sew the pieces together. I ordered a spool each of a navy blue, a nice coffee brown and a slate grey. I will be ordering more thread for quilting as the number of ties waiting to be used doesn't seem to be getting any smaller. There will be more quilts in the future.

I absolutely love Connecting Threads I absolutely love Connecting Threads! Their selection of fabrics...especially reproduction fabrics is awesome. I also know I can count on them for any other quilting supplies I might need. When I received my most recent order I saw that I was missing two rolls of batting and gave them a call. The person on the other end was able to track down the problem and presto! The two missing rolls of batting were on their way. I knew there wouldn't be any problem! Definitely recommend Connecting Threads to anyone needing quilting supplies or fabric. Thanks!
