I was short 1 item but was charged for… I was short 1 item but was charged for it on my credit card. Called and after 22 minutes on hold was told they would give me a store credit. I told them in 2 emails that I wanted credited to my CC as I wasn't willing to order $65 in merchandise to get free shipping. Item they left out was $10.50.

I have ordered from Connecting Threads… I have ordered from Connecting Threads several times and have always been satisfied. Their fabrics are beautiful and high quality. The pictures in their catalogue and online are true to their products. The one kit I ordered had generous cuts of fabric, allowing me to use my Accuquilt machine without worrying about running out of fabric.

I absolutely love Connecting Threads I absolutely love Connecting Threads! Their selection of fabrics...especially reproduction fabrics is awesome. I also know I can count on them for any other quilting supplies I might need. When I received my most recent order I saw that I was missing two rolls of batting and gave them a call. The person on the other end was able to track down the problem and presto! The two missing rolls of batting were on their way. I knew there wouldn't be any problem! Kit looks great Kit looks great. I was concerned when I opened it because I couldn't find all the materials listed. Turns out they were "stuck" together. Make sure you separate all the pieces of material when you open it!
