Moe is great Moe is great. I have spoken with many online sewing machine dealers. I had a hard time buying into the BS most of them spew. It was not like this at Jacksew! Moe did exactly as he said would. My machine arrived on time. There were no EXTRA delivery charges at the last minute. Every communication was pleasant and cheerful. This has been not only a good experience for buying a sewing machine....but probably one of my most pleasant and enjoyable online shopping experience....period. I absolutely mean these words too! Great service I just returned home from a great experience with Jacksew. I lost a screw out of my machine yesterday and couldn’t find it found their site and took my machine and had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes time. Had called several other places and they weren’t much help. Will definitely go there again if I need help.

My table was un even a wobble I have to… My table was un even a wobble I have to prop it up with a book I sent a picture to sew jack and they said that I would receive another and I have not received it yet. It’s been over a year now they will not return me a new table for my sewing machine.
