Placed order and was worried about the lack of communication, then I looked up the business address and realized they were located in Florida on the west coast where the hurricane hit. Did get a communication, and the Skiver. Had to do some work on the machine to get the presser feet to fit properly. Imported machinery, it's to be expected. Thanks for everything. It's working nicely....

USGreat service I just returned home from a great experience with Jacksew. I lost a screw out of my machine yesterday and couldn’t find it found their site and took my machine and had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes time. Had called several other places and they weren’t much help. Will definitely go there again if I need help.
