GBcustomer service customer service. it would appear that there is no finished "owner's manual", or "user manual" just mimeographed pages, so consew needs to complete those. jacksew did help with all the printed information that they had access to, which helped tremendously. there is also reference to several videos. these really helped when using the written instructions got a little confusing. i think this machine will be great.

GBIt took one month for this machine to… It took one month for this machine to arrive even tho the website states it will ship in 48 hours. NEVER received one call from the company!! I called numerous times and was told it was on a truck at the warehouse or “it will be shipped tomorrow or a few days after.” What?? I did receive a shipping notification that it was being shipped thru ABF freight with a tracking number that could not be found and it arrived they southeast freight co. It arrived without any instructions at all to assemble other than the Manuel which doesn’t explain anything. You have no idea what screw goes where much less a washer!! Over a week later and we are still trying to put it together after watching video after video!! So far have not gotten to try the machine. This is a nightmare!!

GB...It all came together thanks !... Placed order and was worried about the lack of communication, then I looked up the business address and realized they were located in Florida on the west coast where the hurricane hit. Did get a communication, and the Skiver. Had to do some work on the machine to get the presser feet to fit properly. Imported machinery, it's to be expected. Thanks for everything. It's working nicely....
