My table was un even a wobble I have to… My table was un even a wobble I have to prop it up with a book I sent a picture to sew jack and they said that I would receive another and I have not received it yet. It’s been over a year now they will not return me a new table for my sewing machine.

Moe is great Moe is great. I have spoken with many online sewing machine dealers. I had a hard time buying into the BS most of them spew. It was not like this at Jacksew! Moe did exactly as he said would. My machine arrived on time. There were no EXTRA delivery charges at the last minute. Every communication was pleasant and cheerful. This has been not only a good experience for buying a sewing machine....but probably one of my most pleasant and enjoyable online shopping experience....period. I absolutely mean these words too! Placed order and was worried about the lack of communication, then I looked up the business address and realized they were located in Florida on the west coast where the hurricane hit. Did get a communication, and the Skiver. Had to do some work on the machine to get the presser feet to fit properly. Imported machinery, it's to be expected. Thanks for everything. It's working nicely....
