Mr.Chuck is the worst. I had a really bad experience. I had a bad experience. I bought a table and stand but the stand was bent. I reported a complaint with a picture to change it for new one but they rejected it and kept saying that it is new there is nothing wrong with it. and they forced to me fix it and buy a hammer. I completely couldn't understand. I bought a new one, but they sent me defective product and kept saying that completely Unintelligible thing. It was terrible how they treated a customer. Further they asked me my nationality and ridiculed because of my accent. I felt so miserable. His name is Chuck. I never suggest using the services of Jacksew.

It took one month for this machine to… It took one month for this machine to arrive even tho the website states it will ship in 48 hours. NEVER received one call from the company!! I called numerous times and was told it was on a truck at the warehouse or “it will be shipped tomorrow or a few days after.” What?? I did receive a shipping notification that it was being shipped thru ABF freight with a tracking number that could not be found and it arrived they southeast freight co. It arrived without any instructions at all to assemble other than the Manuel which doesn’t explain anything. You have no idea what screw goes where much less a washer!! Over a week later and we are still trying to put it together after watching video after video!! So far have not gotten to try the machine. This is a nightmare!!

Great service I just returned home from a great experience with Jacksew. I lost a screw out of my machine yesterday and couldn’t find it found their site and took my machine and had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes time. Had called several other places and they weren’t much help. Will definitely go there again if I need help.

Moe is great Moe is great. I have spoken with many online sewing machine dealers. I had a hard time buying into the BS most of them spew. It was not like this at Jacksew! Moe did exactly as he said would. My machine arrived on time. There were no EXTRA delivery charges at the last minute. Every communication was pleasant and cheerful. This has been not only a good experience for buying a sewing machine....but probably one of my most pleasant and enjoyable online shopping experience....period. I absolutely mean these words too! Just cant say enough positive things here. Forget the others (goldstar is terrible) and go here first. Bryan
