My machine took a month to arrive .But was totally the fault of the shipping company/weather. Machine was perfectly packaged to ensure no damage during shipment. Fantastic company Fantastic company. I am a hobbyist sewer, so I lack a lot of experience. Jacksew helped me through issues that I thought were machine issues but were actually user error. Moe is great Moe is great. I have spoken with many online sewing machine dealers. I had a hard time buying into the BS most of them spew. It was not like this at Jacksew! Moe did exactly as he said would. My machine arrived on time. There were no EXTRA delivery charges at the last minute. Every communication was pleasant and cheerful. This has been not only a good experience for buying a sewing machine....but probably one of my most pleasant and enjoyable online shopping experience....period. I absolutely mean these words too!
