My machine took a month to arrive .But was totally the fault of the shipping company/weather. Machine was perfectly packaged to ensure no damage during shipment. Great service I just returned home from a great experience with Jacksew. I lost a screw out of my machine yesterday and couldn’t find it found their site and took my machine and had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes time. Had called several other places and they weren’t much help. Will definitely go there again if I need help.
