Sent Numerous Emails Checking Status & Received Responses Filled With Various Excuses "In Production Stage" , "Working Diligently" Etc... Dec 30th: Supposed To Ship 1st Week In January Via "Fastest Courier Service" - Did Not Happen. Jan 10th: More Excuses "Delay In Processing" Due To "Logistical Challenges" & "Increased Work Load" By Shipper (DHL) Due To Holidays - Feb 2nd: (7 WEEKS LATER) FINALLY Received A Federal Express Tracking # With Info Due To Deliver In 3 Days- Never Happened! Tracking Info Shows Package In Dubai Since Feb 5th - Today Is Feb 14th All Excuses That Are Not My Problem As A Consumer - I Bought A Product , Paid For A Product , And Have Yet To Receive That Product! 8 Weeks Plus For Order Fulfillment Is Absurd
