Better than other customer services My experience with this was better than expected. I always think of the average customer service that just leads you from one place to another trying to avoid what you want. But in my situation the problem was fix almost immediately. With the help of David, I was able to receive another jacket with the snap of a finger. I am highly appreciative and can’t describe how happy I am knowing I will receive my jacket in no time.

I ordered my new jacket from jacket hub… I ordered my new jacket from jacket hub on the 28th March. It'd now the 20th April and no tracking number or jacket whatsoever. It said 7 to 11 days. They did email me bad on 3 different occasions when and answered my queries. But was just interested in me giving them a 5 start review when I haven't even received my jacket. They are living in dreamland. Quick enough to take my payment to. I used this company as they looked reputable. I do hope I get my jacket. But as for what they say they deliver and timescales. Terrible 😡

Dont trust the advertised delivery times! I just received my order and have mixed feelings about the whole process; the website advertises with delivery times of up to 11 days, which sounds great - but I had to wait for over a month now to finally receive it. Which is really bad, given I ordered the vest for a con. And even though customer service is friendly and polite (Adam & Dave) its clear they arent really told anything about the order - with the dates of my order being processed and shipped always off a little bit. Clearly not their fault, but the automated emails following every message asking about 5 stars was a little hilarious. Which leads to another unfortunate point: they never reached out to tell me. I always had to ask and remind them of my order, which was a little annoying. The product itself is of average quality, which is fine by me for that price, only the red leather stripe has more of a pinkish colour instead. Which is a surprise, given the other red parts are fine...

I want people to know what a wonderful… I want people to know what a wonderful company JacketHub is. I was concerned about my item’s delivery date and reached out through email to the website. Within 45 minutes I had been reassured via email from Ethan Bruce. I was delighted to know that my concerns mattered. It honestly felt like a blast from the past, when people were polite and considerate of others. JacketHub ROCKS!
