The receptionist are the most polite, friendly, patient individuals I've worked with. The customer success team really is about our success. They routinely ask for feedback and try to tailor my experience with Ruby to my specific needs. Working with a third party minute details tend to get lost in translation but Ruby is more like another member of my team.

GBNot what it once was At one point this was a solid service. Those days ended a few years back. What was once highly personalized, polished service is now rote, and kind of embarrassing. The receptionists seem overworked or tired. I took our business over to Abby. They are like the old days of Ruby.
