They are kind, respectful, and no one has any idea that those individuals aren't here with us in Louisville!

GBExcellent Service but Pricey Excellent staff and responsiveness. They show extra effort when there's an urgent client call and usually correctly report caller information and reason for the call. My reason for 4 stars not 5 is the price -- definitely pricey especially for overage calls. There should be another batch level between 100 minutes and 200 minutes. 100 minutes is not quite enough, but the jump to the next level is way more that a small to mid size office needs.

GBWhy do we keep paying for mishandled calls! Extremely inept in handling our companies businesses. Cannot handle call distribution to our companies successfully. Weekly mistakes. Will not take ownership of their mistakes made after their company wide upgrade - and on a weekly basis.Our businesses have lost business because of their mistakes and incapable of correcting them. Ruby had our call handling instructions but it changed on a whim by Ruby and they cannot explain why! And it takes DAYS TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES!
