Positive and Responsive Having changed from a different service, I have found Ruby associates to be responsive and positive in all interactions. So have my callers/clients. Not what it once was At one point this was a solid service. Those days ended a few years back. What was once highly personalized, polished service is now rote, and kind of embarrassing. The receptionists seem overworked or tired. I took our business over to Abby. They are like the old days of Ruby.
