GBGood Product, Bad Transaction Ordered a SS Buchner funnel. Good product at a good price. Online order was not smooth. Did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. Could not print receipt (for business credit card reconciliation). Called 3 times (and left a message) to confirm order and get receipt. No call back. Funnel showed up one week later. Update. Issue resolved. Customer Service has reached out and supplied all the necessary paperwork.

GBIt’s all about the money.... We are a small business just getting started. We’ve spent $4,000 in 3 weeks. We need to buy another two pumps and would be spending another $3500 on them. So as a small businesswoman, I called in and asked if they had any specials, savings, or discounts for minority businesses, shipping discounts, or ANYTHING-and Alan said no but he’d ask his manager. He called me back and said the manager said no as well. Way to support the little guys-women actually! They charge $300/hour for their help, charging $3,500 per person for a class-yet won’t work with anyone to help them succeed as well. It’s disheartening in the least.

GBI showed up at shipping and receiving… I showed up at shipping and receiving dock.dude no way of alerting a worker to pick up m yuh package..kind of negative feelings. However went into main office to get dry ice and my tocallo manuel took care of me .and good vibes did ensue. 👌🤪
