GBFedEx messed my order up never got it… FedEx messed my order up never got it then called you guys ordered more but you did not send it until the following week when I said I needed it shipped ASAP and they said they would send it out that day And I still never got my money back for the lost product so you have stolen $515.00

GBGood Product, Bad Transaction Ordered a SS Buchner funnel. Good product at a good price. Online order was not smooth. Did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. Could not print receipt (for business credit card reconciliation). Called 3 times (and left a message) to confirm order and get receipt. No call back. Funnel showed up one week later. Update. Issue resolved. Customer Service has reached out and supplied all the necessary paperwork.
