Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I order a part for my short path and after 3 weeks I still haven't received it. Try to contact customer service on their 20k defective short path they sold to us, and their response is we're not in the service of losing money your warranty had pass we can't help you plus we no longer make parts for your machine. Across International sale the same thing much more professional and willing to stand behind their product.

Great experience Friendly staff and they were really responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. Walked me through the process for a maintenance job on a pump that needed attention. They're straight forward and overall a good experience.

I showed up at shipping and receiving… I showed up at shipping and receiving dock.dude no way of alerting a worker to pick up m yuh package..kind of negative feelings. However went into main office to get dry ice and my tocallo manuel took care of me .and good vibes did ensue. 👌🤪
