Everytime I've dealt with xtractor… Everytime I've dealt with xtractor depot they help me when I need it and explain the products when I have questions. Last order I made a mistake about when to ship my products. The customer service representative fixed my problem with the quickness making me look like the hero. They go above and beyond every time.

Its been 2 weeks and i have no tracking… Its been 2 weeks and i have no tracking number and or obviously no bags.

Stephanie After thinking Xtractor Depot lied, I have discovered that their 3rd party vendor "Across" baited this transaction with phony claims of next day shipping. Stephanie, I apologize for getting angry and I appreciate your follow through on this. We will work together to make sure this gets made right and doesn't happen to anyone else.

I've been a customer for 1 year I've been a customer for more than 1 years now and I don't feel like a customer, I feel more like family. Everytime I need something or want to make some changes the staff know the right direction to point me. With the help of Greg I managed to actually double my production with one simple small change.
