We always end up getting charged… We always end up getting charged additional shipping than what we were originally quoted and it requires a separate invoice. This does not seem very professional. Edited to add that they followed up and explained what was going on. Very courteous and corrected the issue for us!

Good Product, Bad Transaction Ordered a SS Buchner funnel. Good product at a good price. Online order was not smooth. Did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. Could not print receipt (for business credit card reconciliation). Called 3 times (and left a message) to confirm order and get receipt. No call back. Funnel showed up one week later. Update. Issue resolved. Customer Service has reached out and supplied all the necessary paperwork.

Recently went to Xtractor Depot in need… Recently went to Xtractor Depot in need of a solution for some product that i was testing because of the fires up north. Talked to an associate named Juan who was very helpful and provided me with information that was very useful. Decided to go with the CRX from media bros . It took the smoke out of the product and so far have had successful results . Still trying to dial it in but so far so good .thanks again for the recommendation.
