Fabulous Customer Service We had placed two similar custom fabric orders. On the 1st order the design had blurred edges with no crisp lines (featured a paw print & heart) while the 2nd order seemed to have no issues. We reached out about a reprint and the team was very helpful and took care of the issue. We received the reprint today and our team was very happy with crisp & clean printed design. “Happiness Guarantee” Love what the company has to offer, however their website is very difficult to search. Ordered an expensive duvet and the fabric was thin (similar to a sheet). So disappointed. I even PAID for a swatch prior, but sometimes it’s difficult to gauge off of a tiny piece. For the price, I would have expected a higher end fabric. They have a “happiness guarantee,” however would not consider a return/exchange/refund. I will not be buying from them again.

THE BEST MARKETPLACE!! I like to sew fabric and this is THE best site on the internet and even beats the ‘shop’ experience. I live in the UK and it amazes me the range of designs available. Personally I love the thought of a marketplace whereby I can help individual designers. It’s a total win/win for everyone. The Modern Jersey is just the most gorgeous fabric and I just wish I could afford more. It gets pricey with delivery etc and I would prefer to buy in Sterling but hey ho! Delivery is a couple of weeks usually which is ok, most of the time 😁😁😁
