GBReceived shipment packed with ice… Received shipment packed with ice packs. Temps in the shipping bags 52-54 degrees. Mandarin goby & spiny urchin DOA. Mushroom turned inside out, toadstool leather iffy. Feather dusters appear to be ok, but time will tell. You would think they’d know how to do this by now…..Never again will I order marine livestock on-line.

GBGreat deals/trustworthy company Great deals, just did another purchase, that male my third. I definitely like how they take care of their customers. The only negative thing I will say is the shipping, at least in my area has caused issues with livestock being delivered on time and handled carefully. Its not the company's fault its FedEx, again in my area. Saltwater fish stood on their guarantee, and made things right. They have earned my trust and that's why I continue to do business with them. Everyone knows how online purchases and shipments are, this company truly takes care of you.

GBSo glad I gave them a shot! I have to admit I am a skeptic about… I have to admit I am a skeptic about mail order marine life but decided to give saltwaterfish,com a chance. I have made several orders from them now and have been pleased with all the fish and inverts that I have received. I will say that I have had a problem with an order and they responded promptly and sent a replacement the next day which was fine upon arrival. I do suggest using the priority or pick up option to reduce the stress on fish.

GBGreat quality shipping has issues on… Great quality shipping has issues on FedEx with next day turns into two-day results are most time dead fish on arrival. Quick response and credit great customer service have used four or five times and will continue to use

GBA+ customer service I am very impressed by the customer service here. My very first order I saw the fish I'd been wanting, a midas blenny, on sale for $35! However before I could complete my order the price had changed to the normal $79 price in the cart. It was a "super special" price and it has apparently just expired. Mary from their CS chat quickly offered to get the special price reinstated so I could process my original order. A+ so far!
