GBBeware of free gift offers. Placed order to receive free shipping and additional gift. Gift (Ricordea) didn’t arrive. Contacted vendor. Store representative assured me that the free gift (Recordea) would be added to next purchase. Made second purchase. Received free shipping and store credit for one dead fish from first order. Order arrived. No Recordia. Contacted store and spoke with same rep. She said there is a note about an issue with Recordea and I would get it with next purchase. Surely an alternate could have been shipped! I’m done with false advertising! Nice fish. Poor customer service!

GBJust received my order from… Just received my order from saltwaterfish.com, unfortunately my six line wrasse didn't make the journey, called right away and spoke to customer service, 15 minutes later had an email stating a new six line would be in his way to me. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again, thank you.

GBGreat deals/trustworthy company Great deals, just did another purchase, that male my third. I definitely like how they take care of their customers. The only negative thing I will say is the shipping, at least in my area has caused issues with livestock being delivered on time and handled carefully. Its not the company's fault its FedEx, again in my area. Saltwater fish stood on their guarantee, and made things right. They have earned my trust and that's why I continue to do business with them. Everyone knows how online purchases and shipments are, this company truly takes care of you.

GBSkeptical about buying a fish online I was skeptical about buying a live fish online, the order was fulfilled and shipped overnight within hours, to no fault of saltwaterfish.com, Fedex delayed the shipment, when I reached out to see if this was okay, the representative said they will contact Fedex and ensure it will arrive the next day at no charge to me. Sure enough, the next morning my fish arrived alive and well! The packaging was done with extreme care and the Mandarins were just as I ordered on the site. I will for sure use them again and would recommend them to anyone else in the hobby!

GBThis company has excellent customer… This company has excellent customer service. If your fish dies in transit they will replace or refund your money asap. Very kind and send freq emails to check on its condition if it arrives in bad shape. Highly recommend this company!
