Skeptical about buying a fish online I was skeptical about buying a live fish online, the order was fulfilled and shipped overnight within hours, to no fault of saltwaterfish.com, Fedex delayed the shipment, when I reached out to see if this was okay, the representative said they will contact Fedex and ensure it will arrive the next day at no charge to me. Sure enough, the next morning my fish arrived alive and well! The packaging was done with extreme care and the Mandarins were just as I ordered on the site. I will for sure use them again and would recommend them to anyone else in the hobby!

So glad I gave them a shot! I have to admit I am a skeptic about… I have to admit I am a skeptic about mail order marine life but decided to give saltwaterfish,com a chance. I have made several orders from them now and have been pleased with all the fish and inverts that I have received. I will say that I have had a problem with an order and they responded promptly and sent a replacement the next day which was fine upon arrival. I do suggest using the priority or pick up option to reduce the stress on fish.

Animals were packed very well and I received plenty of updates during shipping. Ordering and checkout was super easy. I got several updates to the status of my order during the process after placed it. My two lettuce nudibranches came in a very well packed/safe shipping box. Both were in very good condition and after acclimation took right to the aquarium. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Colorful/Healthy livestock I ordered a Dwarf Flame Angelfish, Blonde Naso Tang, Royal Gramma, and a Male Melanurus wrasse. Picked them up at the prearranged fed ex hold location the next morning. My new arrivals came very well packed in a styrofoam container with peanuts and a ice pack for the sweltering Texas heat. All fish arrived very healthy and beautiful. They just finished their first meal this evening and swimming all over the place exploring my 245 gallon aquarium. Only fish I haven’t seen since they were put in is my Royal Gramma, but I’m sure he/she will come out of hiding.

my livestock came in a day late thanks to FedEx Express my livestock order came in a day late from Fed ex overnight. 3 doa's and took pictures and contacted Saltwater fish.com. Representative was very helpful and emailed me the replacement form. Im hoping next carrier will treat with care
