This company has excellent customer… This company has excellent customer service. If your fish dies in transit they will replace or refund your money asap. Very kind and send freq emails to check on its condition if it arrives in bad shape. Highly recommend this company!

Great deals/trustworthy company Great deals, just did another purchase, that male my third. I definitely like how they take care of their customers. The only negative thing I will say is the shipping, at least in my area has caused issues with livestock being delivered on time and handled carefully. Its not the company's fault its FedEx, again in my area. Saltwater fish stood on their guarantee, and made things right. They have earned my trust and that's why I continue to do business with them. Everyone knows how online purchases and shipments are, this company truly takes care of you.

my livestock came in a day late thanks to FedEx Express my livestock order came in a day late from Fed ex overnight. 3 doa's and took pictures and contacted Saltwater fish.com. Representative was very helpful and emailed me the replacement form. Im hoping next carrier will treat with care

Fourty years of fresh water and marine… Fourty years of fresh water and marine aquariums has taken me to many suppliers, some good and others were a rip off but dealing with the folks at Saltwaterfish.com has been exceptional. Great quality livestock, super customer service and after many orders I have only lost 1 fish and it was quickly replaced with an even better fish. I don't give five star ratings very often but these guys deserve it.
