GBMixed results Translating from English to Spanish: extremely poor. Our client decided to do it themselves after receiving the translation from GMR. Deadlines: Vaires. Had a job that the transcriptionist couldn't finish by their EOD on a Friday with the due date of Friday. They sent an email stating that they couldn't finish and will continue working on it Monday. Anyother business you work till it gets done to meet deadlines! Quality: For simple transcription work the cost is good and process is acceptable.

CAResolved my issue in no time I realized my credit card was double charged for a transcript and Vanessa Almodovar was awesome! She was responsive, assured me that she'd look into it and keep me up to date throughout the 2 days it took to remove the charge. I find it rare that companies are willing to take the time to be proactive about where your issue stands and I'm thrilled that GMR was willing to go that extra mile. GBCouldn't be more impressed. I sent 8 chapters of the interviews for a book. The interviews were done in two days. They were not punctuated by me, just very rough. They came back from GMR with proper punctuation, sentencing, and paragraphs. Quotation marks were correct. Ums and ahs gone. GMR's performance was far better than my highest expectation!!!
