USThey provided excellent customer service when I was in a pinch and needed quick transcriptions done. GMR was able to keep in touch and provide tech support to me during a time I needed several "rush" transcriptions done. Without their help (over a weekend of all times) my company wouldn't have been able to catch up on the mountain of work we had accumulated. The transcripts delivered were accurate and ready to be turned into soundbite scripts.

USSufficient GMR was a good service. The challenge was their transcripts that used both languages. Also, if sending more than one transcript, expect them to come back in different formats. I've had some that include people's names - to indicate who spoke when. I've had others where it was just interviewer and interviewee. One transcript I had a challenge with was one that was split - because there were 2 languages. They were 2 different transcripts - one had time stamps the other didn't - so when thinking about how to put them back together, I had a hard time - until I listen to the recording.

CAResolved my issue in no time I realized my credit card was double charged for a transcript and Vanessa Almodovar was awesome! She was responsive, assured me that she'd look into it and keep me up to date throughout the 2 days it took to remove the charge. I find it rare that companies are willing to take the time to be proactive about where your issue stands and I'm thrilled that GMR was willing to go that extra mile. I highly recommend GMR for its services.

USTimely and competitive I would highly recommend GMR Transcription Services. After reviewing the site and speaking with them directly, I felt very comfortable sending my recordings. The cost was very competitive to what I found in the market place during my search. They came within the contracted time frame with no mistakes. Believe me, in my business, one decimal or comma off can wreak havoc. And I would not be happy. My transcriptionist understood my needs and and did not fail in following through. I will definitely use GMR again.

USMixed results Translating from English to Spanish: extremely poor. Our client decided to do it themselves after receiving the translation from GMR. Deadlines: Vaires. Had a job that the transcriptionist couldn't finish by their EOD on a Friday with the due date of Friday. They sent an email stating that they couldn't finish and will continue working on it Monday. Anyother business you work till it gets done to meet deadlines! Quality: For simple transcription work the cost is good and process is acceptable.
