Does a great job transcribing several documents a week for us. We are a college that has to provide accommodations for deaf students. We send this company recordings that are online and ask them to transcribe them for our deaf students. Often we want one day service. They always deliver timely, well done transcripts at a reasonable price. We will definitely continue to use them in future semesters

Resolved my issue in no time I realized my credit card was double charged for a transcript and Vanessa Almodovar was awesome! She was responsive, assured me that she'd look into it and keep me up to date throughout the 2 days it took to remove the charge. I find it rare that companies are willing to take the time to be proactive about where your issue stands and I'm thrilled that GMR was willing to go that extra mile. I highly recommend GMR for its services.

Not Satisfied I dictated several simple letters with invoices. I received one long narrative back. I paid before I could review as always therefore, I couldn't tell there was a problem until it was to late. Needles to say there is no way I can send this to a client and will have to have it redone. I sent a message to the company and am waiting for a response. I am very interested to see how the company will fix this issue.

Timely and competitive I would highly recommend GMR Transcription Services. After reviewing the site and speaking with them directly, I felt very comfortable sending my recordings. The cost was very competitive to what I found in the market place during my search. They came within the contracted time frame with no mistakes. Believe me, in my business, one decimal or comma off can wreak havoc. And I would not be happy. My transcriptionist understood my needs and and did not fail in following through. I will definitely use GMR again.

Somewhat disappointed As I was reviewing the transcripts I was also listening to the audio. Many words were missed or excluded and some of the words were recorded as unaudioable, however I was able to hear what was being. I also paid for verbatim, but many "ums" and other like words were missing.
