GBSufficient GMR was a good service. The challenge was their transcripts that used both languages. Also, if sending more than one transcript, expect them to come back in different formats. I've had some that include people's names - to indicate who spoke when. I've had others where it was just interviewer and interviewee. One transcript I had a challenge with was one that was split - because there were 2 languages. They were 2 different transcripts - one had time stamps the other didn't - so when thinking about how to put them back together, I had a hard time - until I listen to the recording.

GBwish I'd found them sooner I don't see how a transcription service can be any better. so far everything has worked exactly as advertised, prices are reasonable, and transcriptions so far have been very accurate. Love the website interface. A huge time saver for me - I'll be using them a lot more in the future!

GBNot Satisfied I dictated several simple letters with invoices. I received one long narrative back. I paid before I could review as always therefore, I couldn't tell there was a problem until it was to late. Needles to say there is no way I can send this to a client and will have to have it redone. I sent a message to the company and am waiting for a response. I am very interested to see how the company will fix this issue.

GBAt least I didn't have to do it It took longer than it was supposed to. After the due date passed, I was told it was difficult audio (2 people, one on speaker phone, no background noise) and I would be charged more. When I finally received the final document, I expected some inaudibles marked, but there are so many! And I have to review the whole document because I've caught a few mistakes in text that wasn't flagged for audio issues. I have now spent an hour going through the audio and fixing the text and still have another half to go. My only consolation is that I didn't have to do the full transcription and my job is reimbursing me. I've missed a few deadlines and am now hoping to get this piece up before the end of this week.
