Very impressed I sent several files for transcription. They all were transcribed extremely well and were delivered more quickly than promised. The price was very reasonable. When I called with a question I got an answer right away – from a live person. I'm very busy and really appreciate that level of customer support.

Not Satisfied I dictated several simple letters with invoices. I received one long narrative back. I paid before I could review as always therefore, I couldn't tell there was a problem until it was to late. Needles to say there is no way I can send this to a client and will have to have it redone. I sent a message to the company and am waiting for a response. I am very interested to see how the company will fix this issue.

They provided excellent customer service when I was in a pinch and needed quick transcriptions done. GMR was able to keep in touch and provide tech support to me during a time I needed several "rush" transcriptions done. Without their help (over a weekend of all times) my company wouldn't have been able to catch up on the mountain of work we had accumulated. The transcripts delivered were accurate and ready to be turned into soundbite scripts.

Disappointed This Time I have generally been very pleased with your service. However, with the latest file I sent to be transcribed, I received a message that it was difficult to hear the speaker. I understood that, because it was in a large meeting room. I had placed the recorder near the podium, but I was willing to pay more due to the less than ideal circumstances. Yet with the transcription I received, about every 10th word was marked inaudible. I went back and listened to the recording and was able to transcribe it myself. And in only about three places did I have to back up and try again. Also, I found that the words that were transcribed were not always very accurate. Hope you can do better next time.
