GBCouldn't be more impressed. I sent 8 chapters of the interviews for a book. The interviews were done in two days. They were not punctuated by me, just very rough. They came back from GMR with proper punctuation, sentencing, and paragraphs. Quotation marks were correct. Ums and ahs gone. GMR's performance was far better than my highest expectation!!!

GBDoes a great job transcribing several documents a week for us. We are a college that has to provide accommodations for deaf students. We send this company recordings that are online and ask them to transcribe them for our deaf students. Often we want one day service. They always deliver timely, well done transcripts at a reasonable price. We will definitely continue to use them in future semesters

GBDisappointed This Time I have generally been very pleased with your service. However, with the latest file I sent to be transcribed, I received a message that it was difficult to hear the speaker. I understood that, because it was in a large meeting room. I had placed the recorder near the podium, but I was willing to pay more due to the less than ideal circumstances. Yet with the transcription I received, about every 10th word was marked inaudible. I went back and listened to the recording and was able to transcribe it myself. And in only about three places did I have to back up and try again. Also, I found that the words that were transcribed were not always very accurate. Hope you can do better next time.

CAResolved my issue in no time I realized my credit card was double charged for a transcript and Vanessa Almodovar was awesome! She was responsive, assured me that she'd look into it and keep me up to date throughout the 2 days it took to remove the charge. I find it rare that companies are willing to take the time to be proactive about where your issue stands and I'm thrilled that GMR was willing to go that extra mile. I highly recommend GMR for its services.
