Fast, easy and decently priced crypto purchase I've been purchasing crypto from TransFi for half a year now. All my experiences were 5/5, well, all except one time where my card got charged but didn't receive the crypto. I was having trouble finding the best way to contact customer support since the self-help wasn't helpful. I ended up waiting 2 days before I was able to find someone (in their discord) who could actually help resolve the issue. I ended up receiving the crypto I was charged for. Lots of room for improvement but they always deliver. I highly recommend for people to give TransFi. 5 stars since 4.8stars isn't possible.

Customer Service Woes and Trust Erosion I purchased €400 worth of Toncoins with TransferFi last Sunday, hoping for a smooth transaction. However, within a day, I received a notification stating that my wallet number was incorrect. I promptly provided my wallet number again via email. Since then, I've received the same automated response every day: my request will be processed within 24 hours!!! Several days have passed, leaving me feeling uncertain and disappointed by the lack of customer service. The lack of communication and lengthy processing times have greatly shaken my trust in this website. I hope my issue will be resolved soon, but until then, I cannot recommend TransferFi positively. Ethereum buy I had made 2 purchases. There were no problems with the first one, but with the second one there was a technical problem that resulted in the transfer being canceled. However, my bank account was debited. What was positive was that the boss personally took care of the correct processing of the payment. The cancellation was withdrawn. Everything is all right again!!!!
