Fast, easy and decently priced crypto purchase I've been purchasing crypto from TransFi for half a year now. All my experiences were 5/5, well, all except one time where my card got charged but didn't receive the crypto. I was having trouble finding the best way to contact customer support since the self-help wasn't helpful. I ended up waiting 2 days before I was able to find someone (in their discord) who could actually help resolve the issue. I ended up receiving the crypto I was charged for. Lots of room for improvement but they always deliver. I highly recommend for people to give TransFi. 5 stars since 4.8stars isn't possible.

Great customer support Had some challenges with my transaction coming through, but thankfully was able to get some support on Telegram, which made all the difference in the world. Abhishek was super responsive and gave timely updates on the next steps which was very reassuring. Thank you!

No Support/Slow Service Reviews below me are right, no support/live chat. Replies to email are non excistent, been waiting for 24+ hours to get a small purchase completed. If its not gonna get fixed i will never use this platform again. Look into OR-231215003723552
